Jason in service went above and beyond to help us when we thought our truck was having an issue. We didn't even have an appointment, just was driving through the area when the issue started. They were busy and he still got us in and out in a very short time. Awesome customer service. I def recommend their service.

Had my 2021 Chevy Tahoe strand me on the side of the road. No new car is perfect and can be guaranteed not to have problems. What is amazing though is that the service team at triangle Chevy had my car running the very next day, awesome people and great service.

I can't praise this place enough, I'm from Dallas tx and our trucks transmission went out unexpectedly on our way home from vacation, but fortunately down the street from Triangle Chevrolet. After having our truck towed in, Nathan assessed our situation and found us a replacement vehicle to get us home while our truck was serviced. After a couple short hours, we were back on the road nice and easy with a great deal on a dependable used vehicle. Service department was very responsive and even got my vehicle in ahead of schedule. 5 stars, highly recommend!

We were on vacation in PCB, Florida, 1200 miles from home and our transmission went out. We were on a time crunch since we were only down there for just over a week. Another local dealer told us they couldn't look at our vehicle. I called Triangle Chevy and explained the situation to the service department. They took our vehicle in the same day even though they were short staffed. They worked as quickly as possible with our warranty company to get the repair process going and although they couldn't have it done before we had to head home, we knew that they were working hard to get it done as soon as possible. The service department communication was great throughout the process and in the end, they had our vehicle fixed and back on the road and I drove the 1200 miles back home with zero issues. We appreciate them for their hard work. We will be back to PCB in the future and if we have issues with our vehicle, we will be stopping at Triangle Chevy.

I felt that I wasn’t heard. Despite telling them problems proactive actions weren’t taken to resolve the issue and one issue was allegedly not present when the technician looked at it yet it was immediate upon the return of my vehicle. I’m disappointed in the quality of work that is present currently at Triangle. It used to be 100 times better. Even though the staff is courteous and polite, it does not make up for the service received.

Traveling from destin back to atl my Rv brakes failed! I was able to male it to this chevrolet. Ron was so great. I had to leave my RV there, Rent-A-Car and travel back to Georgia. They were unable to work on my RV. However, he was able to drive me to rent a car 30 miles away. He was so kind that he drove me there himself I cannot thank this company and Ron enough for the hospitality when I was in a very bad situation. There are still good people out there.

Service dept outright refused to honor an oil change coupon on their website that shows valid for 2 1/2 more months. Explained that an advertised price must be honored. Then got lectured about how it was only $5 and is it really worth it. Absolutely not $5 is $5 buster..*edit: I did call even told then what it was in reference to and left my number. No one called back. Maybe I should have told em I was looking to buy, bet they would have called back then..

I feel that the service I received for my vehicle is always beyond the 30 min in and out oil change . I have my tires rotated and get the heads up on any parts that need replacement . Yes I may Paid a little more but that peace of mind is very valuable . I take solo trips and rely on my car to perform at its best ! And the friendly staff is like a family member who makes your safety their top priority.

Shouldnt be up there 3 weeks in a row for emissions code and charged every time. 1st week $110 2nd week PVC valve but 3rd weeek purge valve. should've been checked previous 2 times number 1 cause for my code. Sales people are good but the service department just cheats people out of money and has mechanics wait not mechanics parts changers.People that either oh reset code no issue come back throw a part at it take some more money 3 weeks in a row. I'vw never been to a dealership that many times in a month.They could've atleast offered the 3rd time top my car off on gas do in house warranty offer coupon free oil change come on that many times and fruststration didn't offer anything for my time or expense. learn to keep your customers happy I own 2 gm products was thinking of trading the 1 but feel with the service department I'm better to just go to Preston Hood or someother GM dealer.Never again will I reccommend Triangle to anyone. If anyone likes there car and feels they shouldn't have to buy new one and wants good service especially under warranty go to Preston Hoodor some other GM Dealer.Everytime been told not warranty and paid over $100 not including gas and time off work. The managers can't even get dirty and think they can tell you what's wrong. But never see them turn a wrench. Just know how to operate computer and take your money is all.I've owned vehilces other makes and models under warranty has never cost me more than $50 thats cause of deductible. I see with these people nothing is warranty and can't diagnois proper either. was nice conveient location 15 miles from my house but now I will give my money elsewhere even on purchases for now on.

General Motors should be very proud with this dealership for they did what I ask them to do and the amount I paid was exactly what they quoted me. The work the team of technicians did on my Cadillac was outstanding. The work was completed in a timely manner. The team at Triangle Chevrolet did an outstanding job. I had them do an oil change, replace a faulty sensor in one of my tires and replace all brake pads and resurfaced my rotors. They did a great job. We were on vacation in Seagrove Beach and experienced car trouble. We tried three separate locations and no one could fit the car in to look at it. Ron and the whole Triangle Chevrolet service team were over-the-top helpful! He treated us with compassion and understanding of our difficult situation. Squeezed the car in, diagnosed it, and had it repaired in a couple hours. Would recommend Triangle Chevrolet Service department to anyone!

I called your service department this morning, my brand new hundred thousand dollar Denali is spewing oil on my garage floor. I explain the situation , my car is brand new under warranty. I asked if I could run it to them quickly this morning to take a look at it obviously something came loose, and I was told they couldn’t see me or fit me in until next Friday. My car will likely be out of oil by the end of today. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with your dealership.
