I've been going to this store on Hwy 90 and 331 N , close to the Piggly Wiggly for years. Being in management myself for years, I can't help but to observe! All the employees are very nice, especially Mrs. Kim, the Assistant Manager , and Mrs. Treanor! They know how to keep their cool and crack jokes at the same time! That's my kinda of people!

This store should closed down, they lie so bad and the service is horrible. We tried to buy scratch off tickets here the manager lied like 300 tickets came in a bundle which I knew 50 comes in a bundle she said their store is different and they do not cash in over a $100 I said the lottery scratcher say you can cash in up to $500 at the store. I left and went 10 minutes down the road to the next tom thumb they cashed my tickets no problem. Then I told them about that store they said peoples always having problems with the tom thumb at this location.

Super rude cashier named Patti, spoke to me like I was her child. After the same treatment from the Florala store I stopped going and taking my cleaning crews there. Was spending 1200 a month but now use the store across the street. Never had an issue at Defuniak until today. I get it's a hectic time with gas prices im sure they deal with alot of complaints but I wasn't purchasing gas and am not the enemy. And after reading other reviews I see this is her normal behavior. Glad the cefco has opened!

I wish I had the name of that woman who looks miserable everytime you come in. She’s old and worn out looking…. Wait it’s Patti! Yes, she looks absolutely miserable and was rude as all get out. She seemed to be more concerned about what her co workers were doing instead of taking care of customers. I think there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians if you get my drift. Emily at the 331 store is so much better!!!

Wish I had the option for zero stars. Some of the staff are good. The manager could find another line of work. Credit card machines are down constantly. Receipt printers at pumps never work. Too many cashiers not "cashiering." Too many times Ive seen 1 cash register running with a line of 10+ people in line and 4 other employees that could help, but not. Product either not stocked or not ordered. A complete inconvenience. I strongly recommend going another mile to the east and get your stuff at Cefco on 90.

We have stopped here several times on our way back to Alabama from Florida. We've gotten gas, snacks, and most importantly, Lotto tickets, before crossing back into Alabama. This is a very popular spot as the pumps are always busy and there are lots of people in the store. I'm sure we'll stop here again in the future.
