The worse Subway sandwiches we have ever had. We ordered online and it’s as if they knew that we wouldn’t be looking at these until we were home because each one was made incorrectly and had only a fraction of the normal ingredients that they add to sandwiches. Here is an actual photo of one of the sandwiches, and what they gave us:

Went to eat at this location tonight at 8:10pm the girl working there immediately gave an attitude and said “I am closing up now so y’all will have to wait until after I finish sweeping and taking out the trash” I asked what time do you close? She said 9pm, so almost an entire hour before they actually close she is giving us attitude for even considering coming in to get a sandwich. This location needs to just be shut down, the employees at this location are always slacking and have attitudes. Go to the one on the other side of 331 for way better service

This subway really needs to terminate the employees. I've been to this location twice. Each time I was told I needed to wait because someone was going to clock in within 10mins..... then as they proceeded to make my food they made me feel like I was inconvenient to their schedules. I really felt disrespected, I was so heated by the time I left. This is unacceptable, I felt attacked by the employees because they needed to do their jobs.

The food is good, but the customer service was very unpleasant. The employee acted unprofessionally with an attitude over the amount of sandwiches I asked to be made. To add to things, the food was pushed and slid forward as if they were irritated. I can understand having a bad day, but that is not an excuse to be unprofessional.

I really hate to give a not so good review. But here goes. The staff was great, but no mask . This is the second time I've been where their food elements were limited. It's not their fault, just frustrating. What I did not appreciate was a fly landing on my food. no action offered. Then the cucumbers were floating in water along with the spinach so that made for a soggy sandwich. I understood workers are hard to find, but lack of training is inexcusable.

Awful. New employee struggling with very little assistance older employee possibly supervisor Christina was oblivious to the new employees plight supervisor all but ignored us and acted irritated. Not a good experience. I felt like we were speaking different languages she couldn't understand I would give no stars if that were an option. Kudos to the new girls effort, politeness, and patience. Also no masks except on the new girl. Sandwiches fell apart not wrapped properly extremely hard to eat

I ordered online, 30 minutes later as my husband was about to pick up the order, they called me to say they were out of food to make the 4 subs we ordered. It was 5:30 pm! I still said, okay just credit my money back to my card. He said, "no problem". Well, PROBLEM. Turns out they cannot do that in store. You have to call their corporate office. So, 1 month, 3 phone calls and 2 emails later, I still don't have my money back and probably never will. I am totally disgusted with the lack of customer service on every front. I do not recommend ordering online. I do not plan to ever go back there again. I will drive to Fire House instead, they may be further, but they know what customer service is.
