Just counteracting the slander of raving lunatic Tom L who is clearly unhinged and writes petty reviews against businesses based on political beliefs. What a loser lol. He had the nerve of calling my vet in AL a "troll" (and called the female owner of another vet clinic a b*tch, really classy) so just thought I'd pop on and try to up the rating of this random business that he clearly has a personal issue with, not a professional one. Seems to be the case with all of his grievances. Hope you see this Tom! ;)

I had gotten in contact with Joyce to see about selling a piece of property. She said oh yes I'll send over the contract, sign it and we will get started. Then she called back saying we had no legal access to the property (that is in a neighborhood on a county maintained road like the rest of this neighborhood). So I called the property appraiser, the public works driveway inspectors, and the Walton County planning department. They all did research on her "knowledge" about the road to the West of us owning the land all the way across the county maintained road to our property line, called me back agree I have legal access. The planner said that my property is a legal platted neighborhood with all legal access. So instead of making up wild lies, and talking bad about the people I bought it from and the folks that surveyed it, she could have just said no. She was very rude and unprofessional by arguing and yelling at my husband then hanging up on him. He was just trying to tell her that we had legal access so there should be no problem selling it. Joyce then said that none of the people we talked to at the court house and Walton County planners know what they were talking about. Even though when I brought them my concerns, they did research and got back with me to confirm I have legal access.

One of the best dive bars I've ever been too. The ambiance is on point, the workers treat you like an old friend, and the food is devine. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.
