I've been filling scripts here for 3 months. I've had 5 surgeries (1 on my neck, 2 lower back,1shoulder and 1 on my arm. My Dr. gave me 2 scripts today. One for pain medicine and one for an inhaler. Im on disability and always broke. The inhaler had a copay of almost $10 and the pain medicine had a copay of $3.95. I only had $5 to my name so I wanted to fill the pain medicine and come back later for the inhaler. I was very rudely informed by a very hateful woman that unless I filled the inhaler I could not fill the pain medicine. Then to top it off she lied right to my face and said my doctor ordered it that way. I knew better than that but to be sure I called my doctor and asked. And just as I thought the rude woman was lying. She flat out stereotyped me and just didn't want me to have my pain medicine. That's pretty bad when you can't have your pain medicine after going through 5 surgeries because some pathetic woman with no life has to get thrills from denying you what your doctor obviously knows you need.

Stopped in to get our Covid booster. Nice folks behind the counter. Fast in and out. Lady who gave us our shots was exceptional. I expected a shot feeling but apparently she know her stuff as she turned to my husband for his turn she had already given me my shot…I was impressed.Thanks Prescription Place in DeFuniak Springs, Florida on Hwy 90 West.
