My husband and I drove to DeFuniak from Jacksonville for a few days to celebrate my 70th birthday! We were looking forward to going to several of the beaches along the Emerald coast and seeing the sights in DeFuniak. The night we arrived we started seeing white smoke billowing out from under my hood!! The next morning, upon closer inspection, we realized all the liquid was draining out of the radiator. We called several places before reaching Pam, with Precision. I told her what the situation was, and they helped us arrange towing to their shop, and within 2 hours, our car was fixed. SUPER WONDERFUL people!!! They had the part in stock, and the cost was very reasonable. Chuck and Pam were "lifesavers"!!! Can't thank them enough!!! And, we made it to the beach and home safely!!!

Awesome service! The gentlemens name (Chuck) was very courteous and respectful when engaging in conversation. I could tell he truly cared about fixing our car, or for us, our RV. Thankfully, he had the correct piece of equipment to fix our RV. My wife and I could tell he really wanted to help us, as we were extremely stressed since we just bought the RV that same day it broke down. In and out in what seems like record time, which was an awesome thing! No complaints!!

SPECTACULAR SERVICE!? . Our vehicle broke down on our move. We had our kids, dogs, trailers all loaded. Chuck and his wife stayed late on a Friday evening to fix our vehicle and have us all back on the road and out of the heat in just a few hours. Wonderful people! Thank you so much.

My in-laws we're on 331 broke down with a busted brake line today (6-2-20) and after was finally able to get there and repair it I could not bleed the brakes to get the air out. Mind you, it was pouring down and they are in a RV towing another vehicle. As they drove off I followed them and had them feel the brakes and they were able to stop but were nervous. I called and explained the situation and it was 20 minutes to close, the staff waited after hours just to bleed them. They were oxidized so bad, but they fixed it. I am grateful to you all at Precision, my step son was taking his 1st trip with them and his cousin ever. So, Thank You from a local family for treated them with such a kind gesture. It speaks volumes of your shop and we will make sure all of our friends know that about you.
