Scam business. Beware. They prey on out of town people. My friends were stuck in Defuniak Springs driving through I-10. The business was supposed to do a basic diagnostic and estimate on the car. They instead went ahead and did the work with nothing in writing. They refused a payment plan or anything to help them out. Thankfully they messed with people with legal connections this time. Avoid the hassle of this dealing with this business. Not worth the headache of preying mechanics. They are out thousands for hotel rooms, tows, loss wages, etc. still stuck in the town. As a local I'm sharing this experience with everyone possible. These were my friends and I feel horrible for recommending them this place due to the closeness to where the incident occurred.

My car broke down and my car was immobile. I had my car towed by AAA to NTB by recommendation of the police officer who had shut down the lane I was stuck in.
I was told (verbally) that I would be let known what my estimates would be before work would be done. After making hotel accommodations and communicating with ntb mechanics via text, I was not notified that work had commenced. Before I knew it, my car was finished and I owed NTB almost 800 dollars. NTB worked on my car without my authorization. I've been calling out of work for almost a week now.
The manager of NTB refused to negotiate with me or offer any payment plans. This shop was well aware of my situation and preyed on my misfortunes. Be aware when using this shop as a out of town person. Have a lawyer handy. Highly sketchy business practices.

I just want to say thanks to Jeff and his great team at NTB they do a great job on what u want done and they do it right and fast time is money and this isn’t my first time there it’s hard to find a good tire shop that dose simi tires and wen I found NTB the first time talk to Jeff and just the experience and how good work they do I new I found my tire shop just want to just say thanks again Jeff and ur team that works on the big rigs u guys do amazing job

Had a blowout while traveling. Went here on a Monday morning & they had several sets of tires to choose from. Tires installed & ready to go in less than an hour. Highly recommended this place.

May 2, 2024 not 24 miles out of Miramar Beach we had another tire blow. Recommended by B & M Tire Center, National Tire Brokers got us back on the road in about an hour. Arnell gave us directions letting us know we were about 15 minutes away. After getting there with plenty of room for the Trailer, Arnell set our minds at ease and got us back on the road. Thank you, Arnell. Go Dolphins!

After waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time at Walmart and my vehicle hadn't even been started yet, I got my tires and went to NTB. I was in and out in 20 minutes and customer service was on point!!! You guys have gained a new customer today and I will be back. Thank you!!

This place is outstanding! I had an appointment scheduled today for a front end alignment at 2:00PM. I arrived at 1:55 and before I could even get out of the truck, a gentleman approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I told him yes, I’m here for an alignment and he took my keys and said to go inside and tell the lady’s I have your truck on the rack. I did and at 2:40, I was on my way! If you value your time, great service and a job well done, this is the place to go! Thanks y’all for a great experience! I will be back for service every time!
