I have used this bank for 9 years only because my husband did at the time I moved to Defuniak Springs..the Defuniak Springs bank is absolutely horrible. They have one teller that is professional (not Tara or LIsa). The manager Angie is even worse. They are extremely rude and are not in the business to help people. I understand people have a job but they do not have to have a rude attitude! When you walk in the bank the atmoshere is even worse! I am not sure how they are still in operation. Changing banks is a nightmare and I have put this off way too long. I would not recommend this bank!

Don't waste your time at FNBT in Defuniak Springs.Lady I talked to was rude, no customer service skills and would not let me speak to a manager. They are ok when you deposit your money but when you want to transfer it very rude and unhelpful.

Refused to help with unauthorized charges on my debit card. Management locally and corporate in Destin are both rude, and refuse to help in retrieving non authorized charges on my account. Don't waste your time at this "good old boy bank."

Best small business banking experience I have ever had. Miles above the bank we were using before them. They respond to my emails in a timely manner and are always happy to answer any questions I have. When we first opened the account, they even had someone hand deliver the paperwork to sign to our office in case we were busy and couldn't get away. Also much faster service than what I am used to in a bank.

Awful. Ran in here because I needed to change for a $20 Bill. I understand Banks have rules, but not being able to make change for a non customer...this is sad. What happened to the days where people actually helped each other out?
