I have been on 3 occasions to this shop in the last month. Both Brian and Don are amazing to work with. Great customer service and very prompt! They are the type of people you want to deal with when you are having issues with your truck!

Called this location to see if they could see if there location near me had a part because the location near me was short handed as always and seems they have the same issues and the lady I talked to was just rude and unprofessional.

Never get your oil changed here, it's terribly expensive and they do a very poor job, they didn't close the oil cap, and fault code came on, never come here again!

Had aftertreatment problem on my 2020 freightliner. Checked reviews and decided to stop at this location. That was right decision. True professionals work there, very attentive stuff, so far best experience. Strongly recommend this place.

Where do I start? Gunner & Brian thanks for the help. Not only did they provide great service and make my experience easy and painless they provided me with a ride to the airport over an hour away in Pensacola, FL. If you go there think about 2 times.. they charge me 1100$ for diagnostic and they did on red engine light. It wasn't on before I go there. And they said they can't do anything about it.

Had our motorhome towed to empire on Oct 2021, they told us it needed an injector pump. Quoted us a price of a new pump and I asked if they had rebuilt one, told me no, Cummins didn't rebuild them. Told them to go ahead with repairs3 months later finally got to pick up our motorhome. In March 2022 made a short trip, approx 40 miles from home, Lines loosened on the pump and sprayed diesel all over road. Called to tell them about it said for me to bring it back in. Of course I couldn't with the lines loose. How another mechanic to come to house to tighten lines found out empire put a rebuilt pump on our motorhome. There's only been 1000 miles on our motorhome between Oct 21 and today. The pump has failed again. We have had nothing but trouble since they worked on our motorhome. Never will I take anything to them againAnd I will encourage other rv'ersTo find another place. They ripped us off royally and we're local ppl.

Absolutely amazing honest service. Came for an oil change and found a larger problem and instead of trying to stick more on they let us know we could get home (dallas) with the issue in our motorhome. Roy Gunter was a great guy that really just helped us out when really didn't need to. If your coming by with truck or motorhome and need anything stop in. Nice sitting area and people.

This review is from my experience with Empire in February 2023. Rolled in with an active code for my outlet NOX sensor on a 2018 Freightliner. Had my leased company set up service. From the moment I arrived the team was attentive, courteous and very professional. I was able to drop my trailer so I could leave the truck while they did their thing. Best part was the Waffle House, motel and truck stop all located at the same intersection. Couldn't be happier with these guys.

Everyone from the service center to the parts store and especially the mechanic tech who worked on my truck is nice & awesome! They welcomed me on a short notice and got me back on the road fast, so I could make it to my delivery on time. They saved me a weekend of sitting at the receiver if i didn’t make my delivery on time. I definitely recommend Empire Truck to all. These guys will do their best to get you back on the road.
