“HAND DOWN THE BEST!!! My daughter called me so scared on her way to school at 3pm. Her car was making a loud noise and started shacking. She is 20 and they’re in Florida in College by herself. The closest mechanic shop was Shay’s. I called them thinking with it being last min and so late in the day they probably couldn’t look at her car. I was wrong I explained to them what was going on and he told me not to worry, have her come on if it was safe to do so and he would have one of his mechanics look at it for me. They were in the middle of working but took the time for her. I cant say how thankful I am. My daughter was scared and she said they was so nice and made her feel safe. They are amazing!!!! I will be having them do all my daughter’s work when needed on her car.”

“I was traveling home from vacation and was needing a repair completed immediately. They were slammed busy and could not see my vehicle until the next day. So the tech at the desk took the time and talked me through my issue and provided some super accurate guidance. So much so that I was able to go to the local autozone, get parts and make the repair myself. This is customer service!”
“Decided to go with Blair’s who is located almost 2 hours away from my home because his price was 1700$ less than what I was quoted in town and that was with adding the transmission cooler he recommended. He even towed it for us for a very reasonable price. Work was done in a timely manner, came with a warranty, & he was very professional throughout the process 10/10 would recommend!! Being that this car is practically brand new, I wanted to fix it.
We took it to Tony's on Dec 4th 2023 and got it back January 11th. (I'm sure the holidays slowed the process a bit)
Not only did he fix the car and buff out the side door but I swear he also deep cleaned it. I felt like I had just bought a brand new car! I highly recommend!!!!”

“My 2016 Dodge Ram would not start and was stalled out at the Lowe's down the road in Defuniak Springs. I was somehow able to get it started, but was then afraid to turn off the motor, for fear it would not start. I came by to see Tom and his sons at USA Motors. They saw I was from out of town and needed help, and dropped everything and did their diagnostics, and determined it was the battery. Within 30 minutes or so, they had me up and running. They were a true godsend, and took great care of me.They were friendly, straight up, and honest. If anyone needs a good mechanic in Walton Cty, USA Motors in Defuniak Springs is where you need to go. “I pulled up to Walmart Car Care Center after having trouble with my battery; the technician said it would be a wait, which isn't normally a problem, but it would be an issue since we were on a long distance trip and we had two dogs with us. June said it would be okay if the two dogs can hang out in the waiting room. How awesome! She didn't have to accommodate us this way. As we were waiting, Melinda was also serving customers in the car center area. When I tell you the comedy and antics happening between the two of these ladies was entertaining to say the least. They provided enough laughs between the two of them to last us a life time. We also noticed how caring and attentive they were to other customers waiting for their cars to be serviced. Because of these two ladies, it did not feel like a three-hour delay. There was another lady who worked on my battery. I also want to shine the light on her because she realized the battery coded for my car did not fit, which caused me to panic - because we have no where to go - please fix this car!!! To my surprise, she promptly resolved the dilemma by using her expertise to fit my car with another battery. I feel like reaching out to TLC so they can interview June and Melinda for their own reality show! We received above and beyond customer service on a day that could have been disastrous for our trip.”
