i am 83 years old and went into store to buy a weed eater which i did purchased. at first couldn't find it. but no one offered to help me so found it myself. wanted to buy paint and 2 guys ace accociates were talking to each other. no one offered to help me. took that off my list. as i couldn't carry it as i am handicapped. had to carry the weed eater to cashier myself which was difficult for me and then had to carry it and put it in my car. don't know if it was my age that they didn't help me or not. but i sure wasn't pleased and my back still hurting.. store was crowded with things. wasnt a happy camper when i left. i think next time i will go to lowes as they help you there. shame on ace

Just had a key made but Friday I was on hold twice. Went online for an item and it showed it in stock but no one could find it. Friend of mine that used to work there and new exactly what & where it was! ????

Ordered tools for pickup with last money to fix my car to get back to work. Store canceled order and still won't release funds. Now can't even go somewhere else to buy. Customer service is lacking.

As with any local bus they have to.hsve somthing to stay in.buss thar thr big box stores if not they get swolled up .their prices are a little higher and there selection not as good but. Ace is the place for customer service their staff top notch and their knowledge is far above that of the big box stores where their employees know very. Little about the products they dskr

First time to chick days and was so disappointed in the handling of the chick set up. They had no order to the getting of chicks mass chaos. One girl standing in the tub full of chicks snatching them up . Those poor babies running for there life's ever time she reached down to grab them. One employee stepped in the pool and killed a baby chick. We got 10 and don't think we got all what we asked for . And if your going to sell that may chicks why in gods green earth would you not have enough box for people to carry out there new chicks. PAPER BAG IS WHAT THEY WERE PUTTING THEM IN, COME ON YOU CAN DO BETTER. And maybe do like the other store who sells baby chicks and put a fence/or pen around them so everyone can't be reaching in to grab them. That way you have more control over the situation. And the chicks wouldn't be so stressed out. AWFUL JUST AWFUL

Ace ATS-07P projex pump was never working correctly. I can't get help finding parts . Opened the pump up bolts laying in bottom of the cast iron head . Called twice no help its probably a return item I bought and got screwed...........

I always get great service When you walk in, not like the big stores where you can walk around for 3 days and still don't get help. Ace is the place to get great service!!

I only stopped to fill up by my RV’s LP. Driveway to enter is to tight to get a long RV into without issue so take the road just east of the store and take the back entrance so you can maneuver the parking lot easier and if your LP tank is on the drivers side you’ll be all set up for entry. Staff was great to deal with and very kind & helpful. Place was clean and well stocked inside. Check out was easy using Apple Pay ?. This will be my go to place for LP and I plan to go back to see what else they have due to the staffs friendliness. Was not a five star only due to the stores LP tank’s location for easy access and unfortunately they look like they are land locked.
