Assuming this is the YouFit Headquarters, I will begin my smear campaign here.
Without going into much detail on my personal life, I had to freeze and unfreeze my membership one or two times over the course of a year and a half. Every part of this process was botched in some way by YouFit--surprising at the time because it was, after all, their own system, but unsurprising now because I know what kind of people they put in corporate leadership. By "botched" I mean that my membership didn't start when I first set it up, then erroneously double charged, and then not properly frozen when requested, and so on.
Typically, I try my best not to attribute malice to what is likely stupidity, but this one stumped me. On the one hand, I could not have been more clear in my email requests, and the responses reflected that the person on the other end had at least a 6th grade reading level... so not stupid, but malicious? On the other hand, the HR team at YouFit seemed to jump at the idea of losing my membership along with the memberships of my friends and family, who watched the unprofessional behavior from the sidelines and opted to get out while they still could. At all other gyms, losing $200 to keep a steady stream of monthly income is basically always the logical choice, but I guess that was a conclusion the YouFit think tank couldn't quite reach (not malicious, but stupid?).
All in all, the gym itself was adequate, but the membership process, both on the way in and out, was done with minimal accomodation or transparency.

Sorry but the equipment is old, outdated and dirty. Lucky to find a staff member at night.

Poor customer service
Impossible to speak to a Rep
Confusing voice prompts.
Poorly designed probably intentionally.
Go to planet fitness
Poorly maintained showers with no soap

The gym is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Our daughter goes to the daycare at this location and she loves it. The ladies that work in the daycare and the front desk staff are always warm and welcoming to her, puts our minds at ease while we work out. There is something for everyone at this location, from various types of equipment to classes. Love it here!
