Absolutely terrible experience. Drivers showed up 30 minutes early, and never called to let us know they were even outside. They then left, and had to be sent back to do their job. One of the movers continually was asking my mother in law for my personal belongings which is beyond unprofessional. They worked for 4 hours and 5 minutes, but we’re blocked off for 6 hours due to Greg being a savvy salesperson. They “discounted” our move by having us pay for the exact amount of hours their atrocious workers worked. AND, my apartment was 2 miles from their Headquarters, but they charged me for 60 minutes of driving round trip. They spent 37 minutes driving. I recommend using Space Express. Better company. Work faster with less men and are extremely professional.

We used White Lion of Deefield to store our household furniture and belongings for approximately 3 months. When the items were delivered to our new home our expensive sofa had a hole in it, our pots/pans and dishes were missing and they damaged our bedroom set. We tried tirelessly to work with Jennifer who is completely incompetent. We advised her a furniture repair expert was needed to fix the sofa and the bedroom set. She sent JC who is one of the movers, not a furniture repair person. He did more damage to the bedroom set as he is not qualified to do such repairs. She then sent another employee who stated he could NOT fix the sofa as that was not his expertise, he tried to repair the damage JC did to no avail. Jennifer ignores the fact they delivered a box to us that belonged to another client as I suggested our box may have gone to the wrong person. No response from her and the missing items are still missing. She is not competent in understanding how to try to resolve issues, she skirts the subject. If you have anything of value do not have White Lion move it, or store it. I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows what goes on as we are unable to communicate with him.

DO NOT TRUST WHITE LION!!!I am New York based and hired White Lion for the wrapping, storage, and packing of my Florida home during our staging and selling process. In June 2019, I hired White Lion to pack up our home in preparation for its staging and sale. All my personal goods, including decorations and artwork, were stored at the house. On April 20/21, 2020, White Lion returned to the home to pack the property and arrange for a shipment to New York after the home was sold. Due to Covid-19, I was unable to be at the property to oversee the process but had video calls and several email exchanges to ensure a smooth move. Once I sorted through the items I received in New York, I noticed a missing painting as well as a few other items. This painting is very sentimental, so I was devastated not to see it with my other belongings. I IMMEDIATELY contacted White Lion about the missing art and belongings in hopes of locating them. After months of them dragging their feet I have not been able to locate this painting and my other belongings. They have tried to place the blame on others and have offered no solution to make this right. I regret using them and would not recommend them to anyone looking to move or store belongings in the South Florida area.

First time I used them (See review from Jan.2019) could have been a fluke however, I used White Lion Moving again (Feb. 2020) and was equally impressed. They do not play any of the typical moving company games you always hear about. The price that they quote will be the price that you pay. They work efficiently, professionally and take great care of your belongings. In the past year, I have referred them numerous times to friends, colleagues and other family members and they have ALL been equally pleased.

We needed help on short notice and White Lion made it happen on short notice, I spoke to Jeff and he arranged everything. Flawlessly. I can honestly say that I so impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism every step of the way. I recently used white lion moving (TWICE) in the past month. Greg fisher and his crew led by JC (and his team) were extremely professional, courteous and reliable. They made a stressful scenario a little less painful. Not a single thing was damaged or lost. They were extremely efficient with their time and packing. Both moves came in exactly at estimate. No surprises or disappointments. I would emphatically recommend them to any one in south Florida. I will certainly use them again.

When we moved to our current house 15 years ago, a realtor friend recommended White Lion Moving & Storage. We used them and were very pleased with their service. Now that we are moving again we thought of them of course, but also thought to contact a couple other companies to obtain comparative prices. When we had a look at their reviews online were surprised at what we found. One company that advertises on the radio frequently had many poor reviews. Others had so-so reviews. Some of these other companies were a little cheaper but none had the nearly unanimous positive reviews left for White Lion. We decided to use White Lion again and were very glad we did. They have so far moved some of our belongings into storage in order to help us sell our house. Greg was very helpful with the arrangements and sent an outstanding crew that was exactly on time. We were amazed once again at the efficiency and level of care they demonstrated. In no time at all an amazing amount of our belongings were inventoried, carefully loaded into a container and taken off to their storage facility. It could not have been easier. If your possessions are important to you do not hire the cheapest company, hire the best company: White Lion Moving & Storage. You will be very happy you did.

This is our second move with White Lion. This move was from Florida to our new home in Georgia. Our rep, Greg Fischer was fantastic. He was very responsive to everything we needed and requested. I never waited for a response to my calls. He was very attentive and went out of his way always.The entire move was exactly as he said with dates, time of pickup, delivery. and pricing. He was wonderful. Our moving crew, Kalito and Wilner, were very polite and exceptional. They were really a pleasure.We were extremely happy and would use them again as well as recommended them without hesitation.
