I needed a credit card for a balance transfer and got misinformed by a banker into getting a card that does not offer a balance transfer. Now I can’t apply for a new card or do any balance transfer lmao they completely screwed me and all I got was a “damn,my bad”.

There is only one eyebrow attendant. And there is a girl depositing a lot of money, the line is stuck because there are no more ATMs. Very bad service, you have the option of going to another Wells Fargo other than Hillsboro and Military go to another ?

I’ve been in line for about 20 mins waiting with 1 person in front of me and it has been this way since I walked in. I count 5 employees. Only 1 helping customers, the other 4 are just avoiding eye contact with everyone else. This is typical here though.

The staff are always helpful, friendly and courteous. They have an account available for whatever your banking needs may be. Their fees etc. are very fair and reasonable

The worst manager I've ever seen in my live,just need to do a wire transfer this morning we had just bought our house,Should be taking not more than 5 minutes im don't recommend any one to go on that place military and Hillsboro , iam do have account with wells fargo for 14 years and recommend any one to open accounts with them but not working with military and hillboro. That's for first complain in my entire life. , wells fargo should change the management. ,great bank supost to have 5 stars, iam give for wells fargo but not for that place

In 2009 I opened an account at Wachovia which is now Wells Fargo. After opening my account I was never able to get into the account see a statement make a withdrawal or have any access to my accountRepeatedly over the years I’ve gone to Wells Fargo with my passport drivers license proof of identification and repeatedly was told that I did not have an account at there bank. This was a business account that I opened. The branch manager of Wells Fargo changed my legal name on my account so that I would never be able to access my account. This account was used for my rental properties hundreds of thousands of dollars has been stolen from me they assisted my husband in criminal felony identity theft and fraud. Finally a new branch manager June 2021 didn’t dismiss me she said down looked over my information and realized what crimes have been committed. What Wells Fargo has done to me is despicable and criminal !!!!!! They put my legal name back on my account but have done nothing to resolve this issue is if they’re hoping I’ll just go away and pretend it never happened since 2009 that’s not going to happen. I simply don’t understand after everything this bank has done this type of criminal activity is possible.

Bank of America aka SP servicing, line of credit loan. I have two loans on my house. One from SP servicing called me yesterday and his name is Angel, a Regional Manager, with SP serving aka Bank of America. He guided me through the Mortgage Assistance form complete the Mortgage/Line of credit. So, Now all I'm waiting for is to resume paying my payments. Thank you, Dallah Abdallah
