Customer service sucks!!! Also if you try to call and ask a question, they never answer!!! Why have bankers if they never want to do their job

I needed a credit card for a balance transfer and got misinformed by a banker into getting a card that does not offer a balance transfer. Now I can’t apply for a new card or do any balance transfer lmao they completely screwed me and all I got was a “damn,my bad”.

Trying to speak to branch manager to resolve a big problem. Have called 100 times today. They never pick up the phone.
