Terrible service at pharmacy, turned in script at 4 o’clock told me to come back in an hour showed up three minutes late and then tell me they were close and couldn’t give me my script. Terrible service even though she was still there.

This is the most disorganized and mismanaged pharmacy I have ever seen. They tell you a prescription is ready or will be ready at a certain time then you get there and have to wait an hour. I would never go back.

This WAS my local Walgreens I would stop in weekly until now. The attitude the employees give to the customer clearly mirrors management’s attitude. I recently purchased items when they had. Bogo sale. 3 days later I went to this same location for an even exchange since I realized I purchased the wrong color. The cashier insisted I pay more for the item since that sale was no longer available. I explained that it’s an even swap and supplied the receipt showing the amount. She became aggressively nasty and told the manager “Carrie” to help me since she refused. Carrie the manager was irritated and rolled her eyes several times and did not want to do the exchange and insisted I pay more for the product. All I wanted was an even exchange for the same merchandise. The look and the stare down I received from this manager was unacceptable and Walgreens should really do a better job as to who they hire for these positions which noticeably carries down to the rest of the team. Great job Walgreens for hiring the bottom of the barrel.

Had a prescription called in yesterday when this morning. Was not ready came back 5 hours later. Still not ready do not use this pharmacy

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for about 4 years now! Never had a problem until today!They had the prescription for about 45 min when I tried to pick up they asked we go back in 20!In 20 min when we showed up they said another half hour because of lunch!Well lunch was 45 min and they were rude and unprofessional!!I’m taking my business elsewhere !

The photo department is a joke. Every time I go there they don’t have the stuff to make my order and they never inform me of that the machine is either broken or they have to wait for somebody to deliver paper or I place the order and I have to call back to find out that they don’t have what they need to make the order. Extremely frustrating they won’t even send it to another Walgreens for me so I can get it.

I love this pharmacy! Yudesh went so far above and beyond what was expected in search of a generic medication I needed. He truly cares about his patients. Very kind and professional service!

Extremely unprofessional. Me and my girlfriend show up at 10:54. They tell me they’re closed. Posted hours are at 11. My girl just needed to purchase feminine hygiene products. Would be in an out real quick. Spoke to one of the employees. I asked if we can just go in real quick to buy her product. Employee says that they’re system is down. I asked for the manager and Turns out she is the manager. Cathy.Funny how they tell us they’re closed yet a young man would out of there at 10:57 with a bag and a receipt which would indicate to me they just did not want to help us and only wanted to lock up as quick as possible to return home. Ridiculous. I hope you read this, Cathy. We will ask to speak to a regional rep about this.

Located inside this Walgreens is a Labcorp! Great location, checking in super easy, appointment time was on schedule & Nikki was absolutely amazing & friendly! I hope that Walgreens continues offering labcorp to their customers very convenient!

Poor experience from cashier Juliet this is my second time picking up an online order for my photos and has a very bad attitude this place needs more employees. Should not be speaking to customers like that!
