It's a horrible place. I leave a prescription at 12 p.m. and they tell me to come back at 2:30 p.m. I returned at 5 p.m. and after waiting in a long line for more than 15 minutes they tell me that the insurance does not cover it, I tell them that I am going to pay for it and then they tell me that I have to wait again for I don't know how much longer. I asked why they didn't tell me when I handed in the prescription? They tell me that they did tell me, which is completely false, because if they had told me, they would know if I was going to pay for it or not, so why did they keep the prescription? Why do they ask for the phone number if they can't even make a call if they have a question? They simply did not have the medicine after 4 hours and since they realized late that the insurance did not cover it, they did not bother to call me but waited until I arrived to pick it up to tell me. They do not respect the time or the discomfort that all people who request medicine may be feeling. I don't give them a 0 rating because there is no 0 star but it is what they deserve.

Bad experience over all, the pharmacy staff does not seem to care about anything, it shows in the lack of urgency with anyone in line, not properly looking for prescription and making people prove the Dr. Sent it, the way they speak to people has lack of respect in general.

The store itself is small and therefore does not have a lot of selection. But the Pharmacy and the pharmacy staff are great! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I have a lot of different medications and they are always on the mark and go the extra mile to help me out when needed. Their regular staff are great. Once in a while if someone is new they get overwhelmed. But typically its fast and the staff really care.

One of the pharmacists there needs to be fired ASAP! She goes out of her way to be rude. Not just to one customer but every customer that I've seen in line. I was about to take my phone out and start recording the vile things coming out of her mouth. But I just wanted to get my prescription and get out of the 20 minute line.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy of all time... not once but TWICE I was given the wrong medication in the past and now they didn't have the right insulin needless so they gave me different ones. I assumed because they were giving me something to hold me over it would it would be the similar and just a larger gauge... however it looks totally different than the syringe my doctor showed me how to use... and of course they close at 8 so I can't get in touch with them to ask what the hell to do.. if they didn't have the right needle they should have told me this so I could have gone with a Walgreens with the correct ones... looks like I won't be getting insulin tonight...

the manager here, small spanish woman, starts with a J or G or something but was absolutely horrible attitude and would not let me buy an item because the price was not found, but it was literally found on the website every other week that I come here to buy baseball cards. She laughed in my face and was absolutely disgusting with her attitude towards me. I would not lie about the price and offered to show her the item price on the website and she denied me of buying baseball cards and now cannot think about ever coming back here...

After enduring multiple bad experiences at the local CVS near CV, I decided I had enough and tried this Walgreens which is near my home. What a difference!! CVS = long hold times, get hung up on regularly (not sure why and could be a human issue) and rude, rude, rude!! Never going back. This Walgreens is very courteous, no long wait times and I even got a courtesy call from the pharmacy. What a refreshing difference! I will for now on go to this Walgreens. The manager knows how to train their staff to gear towards true customer service. A+

The store management at this location was very good. There is never use to be a issue in getting what I need at this location. The selection of products was good. I would recommend shopping at this store due to the customer service and selection. However they have less employees to help find products

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! If I could give negative stars for management, I would!!! Tons of people are trying to get last minute things they need for Christmas and they closed the doors at 9:26PM on Christmas Eve. with people standing outside trying to get in. The hours clearly read 10PM CLOSED. So I walk into the regular Walgreens section, thinking I'll just settle for wine... because the regular aide ALWAYS has wine... But the ASSHOLES say they now only sell wine on the liquor side... which is CLOSED EARLY!!! I will NEVER use this store again!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
