“The doctor took a lot of time withJesse and me. He explained everything in great detail. I was very worried as Jesse also has a heart murmur. I wasn’t sure how the chemo would affect her overall. The doctor was able relieve my fears. She is doing well. Thank you for your care.”
“Doctor is professional and knowledgeable but the front office needs improvement. Front desk is not friendly and a bit awkward. Seems disorganized and could be a bit more kind to scared animals. I would use again if I had to but I hope the front desk kicks it up a notch.”

“Our 14 yr old Shih Tzu had started urinating very frequently within 5 hours it was every minute. Incontinentance with urgency. At 9:30 pm we brought him in. There was no wait they brought him back and started testing. Another ER close by said it would be a two hour wait to see him. The Doctors and the staff were very friendly and professional and the facility was new and very clean. They systematically tested revealing stones in both the bladder and kidneys several to large to pass. Surgury was performed. His surgical site healed quickly and well. I called a few times with questions and they responded happily and with the answers I needed. We give them a 5 star rating and are grateful to them for an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!!”
“I took my Eclectus Parrot to another vet for a couple of years. She was having intestinal problems. We did blood tests twice and two rounds of antibiotics with nothing changing. Things were getting worse so I took her to Dr. Madrigal. After a thorough check up and tests, I brought her home with 10 days of medication. She was better immediately and today her intestinal issues seem to have resolved. The staff is great and they really do love the animals. I highly recommend them.”

My dog was well taken care of and everything was explained clearly to me and the prices were made very clear and I had the choice to decide for or against certain interventions and medications. I would bring my pet back if I’m in the area again.”
