How unfortunate for this store with a mediocre and lying policy, when you go to buy they offer you everything and then everything is a lie. I will never return to this place in my life and the attention from Abdul is very, very bad, I don't understand how A company with so much money does not prepare its staff to know how to serve, they are rude.

This “you have to go to a corporate store for a return” is the stupidest policy ever. These stand alone stores are garbage. They will sell you all the products that Verizon offers but cannot accept a simple return? Ludicrous. Shop here if THIS is literally the only place you want to deal with. Do better Verizon corporate and franchise.

Nick did his one two tonight. Got us hooked up with two iPhones in under 45 minutes. Ported two numbers and traded in an old iPhone that had dust on it from 1999 and still got credit for it. Come see Nick for all your cell service needs!

My daughter broke her phone on vacation; I was so worried I was gonna spend all day on my vacation at Verizon, and to my surprise, I met Joseph, he made my life and the experience of getting a new phone and transferring everything to the phone seamlessly! He was so patient and kind; his mom and dad did a great job because he was so polite and kind and loved to hear about his family! ha, I was out of there in no time, and he updated me all along the way. I'm not tech-savvy whatsoever, and he helped me with my phone as well. When I gave the phone to my daughter, she had an issue, and I had her call Joseph, and he walked her through every step; it was a user error, of course! He was open to us bugging him and not once complained and had so much patience. I live in California, but I'll be using Joseph for all my Verizon needs!!
