Krystal saved the day!! I lost my tracking number & she took ten minutes out of her day to help me look up my purchase I had made to find my tracking number & provide info on it’s whereabouts. Thank you so much! Super duper friendly.

This location is by far one of the worst post offices in South Florida. They negligently leave our complex mailboxes open & have absolutely no regard for residents mail & packages. I’ve had packages that were delivered to other residents. Not to mention, the staff are extremely rude. Also, don’t bother calling to complain as they will never answer the phone.This post office needs to be shut down for good or immediately hire new management & staff.

I rescheduled a delivery bc they couldn't let in the door(signature) also they didn't delivery the day I rescheduled so I called this place 12/04 12:52 and the lady told to me to not worry bc she would guarantee they would send again next Saturday but 1 day after I talk to her, they tried to delivery (Tuesday) and of course I was working... so now I'll have to take a day off or my product will be send back to seller ?? I give 0 star to this lady and this place

We visited this USPS location for a passport appointment and were truly impressed. Kevin attended us and we were blown away by his efficiency, customer service, and knowledge. He was really nice and made sure our kid’s passport renewal process was seamless. Thank you, Kevin! You’re awesome!
