They are locking the drop off box for prepaid labels … so they don’t have a lot of work the next day it’s not fair for anyone and I have to drive to Hillsboro office for dropping off packages …. I filled a complaint and have a video showing how they lock the drop off box at the time they leave 4pm 24 / 7 is a joke

I have had two birthday cards I mailed recently from this post office go missing. I dropped both of them directly into the inside drop box. They never showed up on the Information Delivery in Co. to the house I was sending to, which means they never reached the Co. sorting division. I believe there is the possibility that someone inside the post office could be going thru the outgoing mail that appears to be birthday cards. I shall be using the Boca Post Offices or the main Deerfield post office in the future for birthday cards.

Would be nice if the managers would hold carriers responsible for not doing the job they have no problem cashing checks for. They tossed it in my front yard instead of walking 15 feet to my front door. I'll be avoiding usps as much as possible hopefully one day management gets replaced because this is every employees effort as far as I've seen the past 5 years we complain never makes a difference. So here maybe this will get some attention of someone high up. But probably not. Just found a second package today thrown in my yard.

The people within the post office are very nice. I mean I go here a lot and they are so so so professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the street service isn't awesome. I have had this grouchy old guy delivering my mail and only picks it up when he feels like it. There are days where he looks right at it, as the bins are strategically placed at the front of the door. I've actually had an argument and a complaint made against this post office because of this postal worker. I had this driver Michael come by just to help out, really nice guy, but he too has gone MIA. I have been told by the post master at the Hillsboro location that since my location has "direct mail" delivery services, my packages should be picked up by the carrier. One USPS small bin daily is not alot of mail to pickup and surely not much to ask of when spending thousands of dollars a month with USPS. We are located in Palm Trails Plaza 1141-1145 S Military Trail. Perhaps we can resolve this poor review with some consistent good service.

Pickup services for local businesses is terrible. We are on Military Trail in Deerfield Beach 33442 and we used to have a daily pickup. But I would have to say for about the last Month we are coming into this store ( where every is nice I would add! ) to dropoff mail that we have a pickup service for ?

I had not known an email that works backwards, they take my private documents to other people, instead they take documents from strangers to me, the truth is, I don't understand them, I have lost my documents, I don't know how to recover them...
