I have a ring doorbell camera and I watched your carrier smash these into the ground… he stopped realized it was broken and continued on… my brand new beautiful marble counter tops you could hear both sets shattering as he slams them into the ground and then the wall… are clearly marked marble and fragile… I hope customer care contacts me for the videos of this guy slamming the packages around.

Deliver company that’s unable to deliver… the driver refused to deliver or even ATTEMPT TO DELIVER my package yesterday …instead marked it as wrong address… WHEN MY ADDRESS WAS CORRECT…today my package was not on the truck to be delivered either… my package has been held hostage and stolen from ups.. NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY PACKAGE IS OR WHY I DONT HAVE IT SINCE YESTERDAY.. very bad customer service .. only one star to be able to write the review period.. been on the phone with them all day yesterday and today.. they’ve been telling me since yesterday that someone would call me in an hour… plenty of hours have passed .. still no call or package . I have yet to speak to anyone .. it was already confirmed by ups that the driver did NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE.. NOW I HAVE TO CALL THE COMPANY AND REPORT MY PACKAGE STOLEN ..BECAUSE THE DRIVER AND UPS DECIDED TO KEEP THE PACKAGE… DONT USE UPS.. They are a delivery company yet THEY DO NOT DELIVER …

I was required to ship a Verizon return via UPS. Dropped off the items with the shipping return slip provided by Verizon. My package worth over $2000.00 has been lost and I have been unable to file a claim due to the return slip being from Verizon and cannot reach anyone by phone. Verizon will continue to bill for the returned item and neither company is willing to assist me. Customer service is non existent.

UPS customer services are non-existent!!
You cannot reach anyone. Packages are late and/or damaged and there is nothing you can do about it but maybe the possibility of filing a complaint.
Trying to speak with someone is impossible as it is all controlled by A.I.
Packages are late or mis-handled consistently and there is no one to complain, forget about their promise to deliver on time.
You pay for a horrible service without expectations of good service.

I had never shipped through UPS customer counter before. We took a package yesterday morning to the Deerfield location.Kendalyn helped us and she was amazing! So professional, patient and helpful. She made the whole process a breeze. Thanks, Kendalyn (hope I'm spelling your name correctly)

TERRIBLE customer service. I've had ongoing issues with UPS since December 2022 with DELAYED or FAILED delivery due to an "Incorrect Address" they claim doesn't exist. I understand that this might have happened because it was a new address but UPS has had almost 14 months to resolve this issue. FEDEX, USPS, and Amazon NEVER had an issue delivering my packages on time. Every time a merchant ends up using UPS I cringe thinking about the obstacles I have to go through to get my packages. It is unfair when I pay "Next Day" shipping and I either have to wait several days for the delivery or drive 40 minutes each way to pick up my packages. I brought this up to a facility worker last month and was told "It's not their issue to resolve" that I must call customer care. I've made several calls without resolution and have not received promised callbacks. I've called, emailed and messaged, I don't know what else to do to get this resolved.
