I used to love to come here and fragrance shop. Spent good money here. But now they lock all the fragrances up so you cannot test them. Looks like I'll be shopping at the local malls now.

Got my ears pierced recently at ULTA beauty in Deerfield beach and the whole process was so quick and easy. I had got my second holes repierced after they had closed and it didn’t hurt at all. $55 for the piercing, that included the jewelry and after care solution.

Sales help did not even try to help. Standing around talking. Got one to show me to the makeup mirrors then went back immediately to her conversation with a other employee. Sad

I had my brows laminated styled and tinted by Angie, my experience was amazing she took her time mapping my brows and understanding what it was I was looking for . Definitely the place to get your brows done.

Last Monday i go Ulta with my daughter and my daughter wants try perfume and. There one worker pink hair girl she is really so Disrespectful my daughter just try like 3 to 4 perfumes and shes accent is so mean and very disrespectful we never go here again

Great staff! I wish the store manager would smile, be a little kinder, and have a happy disposition. I was in the store with my cousin making some purchases when my cousin caught some incorrect prices ringing up. One of the store assistants walks over to the spot we found the items, and there it was, labeled as the price we told the store manager that we saw it as. That did not sit well with the store manager. We had to prove to her that we saw it at a different price than it was ringing up as. If we wouldn't have caught it the store would be making an extra $2 per each customer that made that purchase. She was clearly annoyed with us. I also asked her about the La Vie Est Belle Eau de Parfum Purse Spray, and did she carry it? Do you know that this store manager quickly responded with a snappy " Lancome doesn't make them." That's funny, because I have purchased the ones I owned from your store in the past. That's when my cousin looks down and sees a gift box with 2 of the La Vie Est Belle Eau de Parfum Purse Sprays. She picks up the box and says, sure they make them. Here's a couple of them right here. I saw her face turn angry and even more annoyed. I looked at my cousin and said it's probably best that we leave. We thanked our sweet assistant and walked out the door. We talked about her behavior for a while. We have never seen such bad behavior in an Ulta Beauty store. Ulta Beauty, if I were you, I would kindly offer the store manager some educate classes on how to treat her staff and customers.

From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, ensuring that my hair would be cut to the perfect length before even cutting my hair. Took my daughter here and Shirley B. is the best! She took the inspo my daughter gave her and made her hair look absolutely beautiful for graduation. Would definitely recommend Shirley to anyone getting their hair done.

I have shopped at this Ulta for many years and had beauty services done before. I stopped wearing pierce earrings for a few years and decided I wanted to wear them again and saw Ulta did ear piercings. I made an online appointment a few weeks in advance. The price included the piercing, earrings and the aftercare cleaning solution. Before the piercing, I was told I had to pay first. I went to the front of the store and paid. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I never tipped before a service but I was using a credit and left a generous tip. Then I had my ears pierced. The women proceeded to tell me what kind of aftercare solution I needed to purchase. I explained the solution was included in the price. She went to talk to the manager. It seems they do not have the aftercare solution. The manager went online to find a nearby business that sold the solution which I went and bought. The ratings is no reflection on the woman who did the piercing. As this appointment was made well in advance, Ulta should have had the solution in stock as it is part of the price of the ear piercing.

I have been shopping at Ulta since 2016. I have been going in store to shop, a month ago I tried putting in an online order but I kept getting an issue with my payment method. I tried multiple cards, called customer service multiple times, and even tried my husband’s card to see if it was an issue with my cards. Now they are saying that I am blocked for making online order since there are multiple identities on my account. This is unacceptable. I have always told everyone I knew to shop at Ulta and even posted on my social media. I spend a lot of money at Ulta, this year I used all my point that I had accumulated for 2 years and made a $500 purchase. I believe that is why I am blocked. They make perks available but do not want you to use it. Their decision to block me from making online orders shows that they do not care about their loyal customers. So if I could give you an advice, give your business elsewhere.
