WORSE BANK PERIOD... if you like this bank then I'm sorry somethings wrong... no matter what it is its a 30min wait the most pathetic "business" environment I've ever been in... I took my money out and now 100% with regions bank.. they know how to actually move with a purpose and get stuff done WITHIN 4 MINUTES NOT 45MINS LIKE HERE.

I went to change my check I go there every week until I see a new woman named Claire was so rude couldn’t help me solve my problem so I asked for a manger they say wasn’t there then I asked for a number I can call I was ask to leave the premises or cops will come never in my life I was humiliating in front of guest in the establishment please find someone better or give better service to your customers

worst location i’ve been too. first, they make u have 2 forms of ID to cash a check… weird as it is. i’ve been going to td bank for a years now and today was the first time i’ve been told i can’t use the debit card i have as a form of ID.. the lady that was “helping” me didn’t even know for sure if i could use it. manager was clueless. this location sucks. employees are absolutely no help. and management? i’m pretty sure they don’t have that? save your time go to another location.

The gentleman teller who took care of me was extremely patient. He helped me set up the app on my phone, he resolved some glitches, gave me information on direct deposit and a lot more. As a newcomer to TD Bank I appreciated all the help in setting up new accounts.

Visited this Location and nothing but pleased with my visit ! They were nothing but amazing !Mr .Juan opened open my account in the in the nick of time.And nik was welcoming beyond measure also very prompt when entering the branch, very helpful with explaining the different accounts!So happy I chose this branch !

My Debit Card was used fraudulently, and TD, disabled my card on Sunday the 3rd of July. The agent through the 800 number, stated that any TD, bank that is open, will process a replacement card. However that is no longer the process with TD, to get a replacement card the same day. I had the most amazing experience with the Agent (Juan), who told me that TD, has new guidelines to process a new card immediately. Juan die everything possible to make sure I received my replacement card. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and just a wonderful person all allowed around. I walked 4 miles in 100 degree, Florida sun, to get to the bank.I want to thank Juan, for his outstanding support.Thank you TD, for having exceptional representatives.

WORST EVER TD Bank branch I have been to (in Rivertown Plaza, S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach) in Broward. ( With an exception, that is, at least the bank tellers are helpful)Does the TD Bank Regional VP ever review this branch management ???????????? My feeling is maybe NOT.

Do not go to this location the people that work there incompetent and they know nothing the branch manager is rude disrespectful and knows less than a four-year-old child. I deposited a check using their Mobile Banking and it says on the mobile banking app that it is instant easy for people on the go that don't have time to go to the bank and clears in 24 hours or less and the next day I go to check and there's a 8 day hold on my check for some reason What bank has an eight-day hold... On top of that I can't pay my bills my grandma can't get her heart medicine and due to Covid-19 money is a little tight at the moment so the bank did nothing to help the branch manager basically told me to screw off so I am now issuing a lawsuit personally against this location and the Bank Manager.So I highly recommend anyone banking at this location to take your money out and go to another TD location they are the most incompetent bank and people I have ever dealt with in my entire life I have five bank accounts and even at Bank of America and Chase who are littwred with lawsuits have never treated me this way they've done nothing to help me they wouldn't even release half the funds which I saw on their own terms and agreement that they can but they just didn't want to so I highly recommend anybody to stay away from this location the bank manager is the most incompetent Person i have ever met and if you think the way I'm acting is out of line you imagine having no money because you spent all your money on bills expecting this to come in and then you do Mobile Banking which they say is quick easy and no hassle and then you find out the money you need absolutely need to pay a bills and take care of your family and pay for your kids food and stuff that you can't get your money for 8 days and gave no explanation on why there is an 8 day hold basically answering I don't know and none of them are willing to help you just imagine that.. and you tell me how you would feel I am so livid at that bank and took everything within me not to go in there and rip the person out from behind the counter

This is one of the worse banking establishments that I have ever dealt with, you can spend up to 45 minutes in a line waiting and still leave without what you can’t for. I left my bank of several years to do banking with this company and I regret it. I heard that the same branch on Sample Federal Highway in Pompano customer service is much better.
