Against my better judgement I opened a biz account here. I should've listened to the reviews. this bank is AWFUL. how is it that this " bank " can't even print a single temporary check ? do you not have printers and computers? what planet are we living on ?

Bad Customer Service. I understand we are in America, we are supposed to speaks English. On the other hand, Rommel Garcia speaks and comprehend Spanish and he could not help because his job description doesn’t allowed him to speak another language.

Barbra at the window is awful. She continues to tell me everything I do is wrong and just rude. I have been doing the same thing for many years in regards to writing checks, deposits and other things and she is the only one who makes unnecessary comments day after day with an attitude. She tries to make small talk when I’m in a rush while the line is to the front door. She not only shouldn’t be working the window but she shouldn’t be working at a bank at all. She’s unprofessional. After numerous attempts of trying to contact the manager regarding my issues and concerns there has been no answer. We have been using Suntrust now Truist for over 20 years and I am now looking at other banks to bank with. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!

I have been with SunTrust for over 20 years... I recently had a problem with my Truist account and visited this branch to request assistance. I was met by Pam who handled my problem and was extremely courteous and professional. Pam is the reason why I continue banking with Truist.

I have been coming to this branch for 5 years, I do finance for my company and we bank with Truist. I wasn't really looking into opening a personal account with Truist but because everyone was always nice and welcoming, I opened a CD. Rommel is amazing, so is Darren. Pam is great, too and all the tellers were always warm and helpful until teller Kim came and brought unpleasantness and negativity. She is very unprofessional and rude.

Been with Truist for a while now. I’ve worked with several locations and many different reps. This location is nice inside but the rep Pam is rude. Her “know it all” attitude was such a unpleasant experience. Not only was she incorrect but no one cares that you’ve worked in banking for 18 years. If you’re opening account, go somewhere else. Just using a teller, all good.

Since Suntrust has merged with BB&T and become Truist I've had nothing but issues. From their systems not speaking to each other to their check deposit processes it has all gone downhill. It is a shame because I've been banking with Suntrust since 2003 and now I'm going to move all 8 of my accounts.

The women here are slow and rude. I stood in line for an hour. Then when I got to the window the woman was unhelpful and unfriendly. Closed out my account will never use again.

Best bank in south Florida. Personable employees willing to go the extra mile for you. B.o.A, Wells Fargo etcetera have nothing on this branch or I happen to feel that smaller is better. If you're interested in feeding the conglomerate machine, have at it. I appreciate the places where you feel comfortable. Employees know your name. As well as representing a family atmosphere. Along with sound banking advice. I would give 5 stars. But that represents perfection. 4 & 1/2 is as high as I permit. As no-one or no place is perfect.
