I was directed to Stone Mall by my contractor. I did not know what to expect. Well, it was the most organized and professional experience working with Rafael. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Rafael even had a small sample white cabinet to hold up next to the quartz slab so I could get a visual. He took me to look at other stone slabs just so I could be sure of my decision and he was very patient, polite and enthusiastic. It was a great experience!

Working with Mia is always a pleasure. Her extensive knowledge and experience with all sorts of materials has come in handy many times over the years.Just this past week Mia and Paula visited my home because it looked like my renovation project was not going to meet it’s deadline. I introduced them to Kips Bay which is the charity in charge of the project. Nazira, the project manager with Kips Bay, was grateful for the introduction and Mia’s and Paula’s professionalism and product knowledge. If they don’t end up working together on my project because of timing, I do believe they will work together in the future.

Called ahead about a specific agate. The sales rep Mia said they have multiple tones of white agate. Upon arriving they had none. She tries showing us other stones but agate. Upon finding the agate there is none white. She argues and says that's what they call white. Meanwhile it is clearly yellow. I show her what real white agate is and she has nothing to say. Rude unhelpful sales people.

Great service at Sone Mall! Rafael Pezzotti was incredibly attentive, we first called and he sent us pictures and videos right away! We worked with Vitoria, and the whole process of getting the right countertop could not be better. Vitoria took the time to show us all the different options available, including types of stone, colors and prices, without overwhelming us. Entire experience at Stone Mall was excellent. They have an extensive quantity and showroom of their granite, quartzite and quartz. Both Riellen and Victoria helped us choose the ideal granite for our kitchen project. We even got to meet the owner. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again.
