I have been looking for a natural Alexandrite ring for many years now since it is my birthstone (month of June). I happen to walk into their store and was thrilled that they had natural Alexandrite. Kelly and Deep were wonderful in helping me select the perfect setting and stone and I am now the proud owner of a beautifulAlexandrite ring. They never pressured me into buying anything. In fact I requested a G IA certification which took an extra 3 weeks and even though I offered to pay for it they included it at no additional charge. They went beyond what was expected to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely do business with them again. I am so delighted with my purchase!!!

happy to share my experience with USA jewerlers in The Cove shopping plaza in Deerfield beach Florida. I went there with a ring that I wanted to have made into a pendant. Not only did they do this in a short period of time, but they did beautiful work. The ring had great sentimental value to me and I was thrilled with the results. They were professional, efficient, and really nice to do business with. I will go back to them and highly recommend them plus, they have a beautiful assortment of of jewelry and watches!

I had the most fantastic experience at this jewelry store! Several years ago, during a random walk-in at the Ketchikan, Alaska location, we met the wonderful Deep. We purchased several stunning Tanzanite items, and Deep's transparency, honesty, and detailed explanations impressed us. Later, during a work trip in Florida, we visited their store and were equally delighted by Dave's helpfulness and patience with all our questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a great deal and exceptional service!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to review USA jewels. They are extremely fair and they have beautiful jewelry. The feeling that I get from them is that they are trying to have you as a customer for a long time they’re not just trying to, rip you off and send you on your way. I know that I have found my jeweler, there’s no reason to go anywhere else. I had them do a repair on my wife’s wedding ring, and had my watch service service.

My wife and I have been going to USA Jewels for many years. The owner and staff are the Best! Their store is very beautiful inside, with an upscale look and feel like it should be located in Boca Raton. The pricing of their jewelry and service is very competitive and fair. They are the only local jewelry store for the Beach. Highly recommended!

Dev and his staff did an amazing job updating our engagement ring and wedding band. They’re super knowledgeable, upfront on pricing and, most importantly, clearly love what they do. We’re really happy with the work their jeweler did and we will be back for our next diamond and jewelry purchases.
