Silvia helped me with two jobs: a car decal with my logo which was made quick and it looked great! And an order of 12 tshirts with my logos printed front and back which they screwed up.The reason I’m giving this business 2 stars is because after picking up my tshirts I went home and realized:1. I ordered different sizes for male y female. But they got all the sizes wrong and now I’m stuck with a bunch of useless tshirts. I brought them with me to Costa Rica hoping they fit my team, but they didn’t. I called Silvia and they stated the list I gave them with the sizes was “confusing” which I agreed on, but implying it was my fault is not right, because they never ever bother to call give them the sizes again. We texted back and forth about changing one of the logos, which they actually got it right, but I never was asked to confirm the sizes. As a business, if something isn’t clear, you call and rectify (specially an order they knew was going out of the country). $240 worth of tshirts and only 6 were fine.2. The tshirts I was shown on the catalog were UPF, but one of the tshirts came in a different fabric, some cotton blend I believe. I asked about it and Silvia said she wasn’t aware of that because she didn’t check the tshirts when “they arrived”. So, who printed my logos on them? If it’s not them who print the logos that’s fine, but that means there’s no a quality control process at this business. Silvia did say “I owe you one tshirt for next time” to make up for the cotton one. As if there will be a next time.3. Turn around time was supposed to be 3 business days. But it took them 9 business days after we agreed on the final design. 3x the estimated time and still no time to do a good job.I recommend them for car decals, not for tshirts’ customization.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! I had a print job done for my business. She made me sign a proof for the job and then when I received it. it was not what I signed off on, one of the images was upside down. I asked for them to be redone and she agreed too. Then for 4 months Silvia the owner gave me the run around. No refund and no fixed thank you cards. I alway try to support small businesses but if you don't stand by your work what do you have left. YOU HAVE PLENTY OF PRINT SHOPS OUT THERE. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!
