None of the pumps at this gas station ever work. And they do not fix them over time either. They all say ‘see the cashier’ and then the cashier is nowhere to be found. I pulled up to 5 different gas pumps, no exaggeration, to try to pay for gas, and none of them were working. I have tried getting gas here on multiple occasions and I’ve had to leave and go somewhere else as the experience is always the same. Unreliable, save yourself the trouble and don’t pump here.

Fuel Rewards doesn't work (more likely not allowed) at this station. Tried both of my accounts at 4 different pumps. All declined. Called shell customer service to report this. Hopefully that gets them to fix it.

The price in the google maps is much less than in reality and there is no way to send an update to it. Thay is cheating.

Car wash is disgusting. Eats your money. Hose is broken. It’s flooded and smells. I had to buy a wash from the automatic one. I tried the automatic one and did not work well. I went to talk to someone. I paid for it inside and got a code. This tall young guy working there was rude and short with the guy Phil who was asking him for help on something he’s never done before to help a customer. He kept telling him he’s never done that process before apologizing to the tall guy. Like why be so rude and I’m front of customers. You look like a nice guy. Why choose to be like that with someone who’s trying to do the right thing. This place fails on many aspects. Btw paint the curb yellow or add more lights in your car wash area. Someone hit their rim. Lucky for me I saw that. You can tell people have hit that curb

Twice a pump has malfunctioned: 1) it started pumping the high-test gas without letting me choose the type of gas I wanted, and 2) gas handle broken and had to move. Also, the interior needs a good cleaning. Just seems like maintenance issues.
