We had an overall great experience with S3 remodeling our kitchen. The end result is wonderful, I love my new kitchen! They were efficient, affordable and on time, all the workers they sent (electrician, plumber, installer & countertop) were super friendly and respectful of our home. We ran into a couple hiccups but they were able to fix and work things out. We worked directly with the owner Gustavo and he was very professional. Would recommend, we love our kitchen!

It appears that this family goes under a number of names at the same address.
Our experience with the Father and Son team was unfortunate. They installed a kitchen promising a professional, useful, and aesthetically pleasing job. What we ended up with was an unprofessional, out of square, and disappointing job, with significant design and installation errors.
After coming back and viewing the site, one of the owners said : "I will not fix it".
We ware considering legal options.

Honestly I’m not going to lie this company do great work. I give a 2 start because of the way they treat me after the work was done below the cabinets a piece of plank came off because it wasn’t properly install a few months after they did my kitchen and I’ve been calling them to get somebody to come fix it and I been getting the run around I even reach out to them on Instagram the day they will let me know when they can come fix it but I’m still waiting while my brand new kitchen has a hole underneath the cabinets ?

I have used them twice now. Once to remodel my kitchen, and once to do new floors. They did a good job both times. We’ve had little issues here and there, but they eventually come and fix them.

I cannot express how happy we are with our floors! The scope of work we needed was ripping out existing carpet in bedrooms and stairs and replacing with vinyl flooring. We found S3 floors after getting quotes that were way higher than we originally thought. The samples from others were something we were ok with but not thrilled with. Gustavo actually had a floor that matched perfectly to our existing wood look tile to really pull everything together in our home. The guys were on time everyday, super professional, precise about their work and overall an excellent experience. They were great and we have already recommended them to others in our neighborhood .

So recently I had to get my kitchen redone and my mother suggested I got through these guys. Junior was our point of contact and the initial meeting made us comfortable working with him but huge mistake. Junior’s way of handling business/communicating is very subpar. He starts by giving a start date of 8/1 or 8/8, very offsetting to just throw 2 dates in the air. He never communicated which date we were going with as the dates approached and I found myself reaching out 7/31 just to confirm they weren’t showing up at my place the next day. After my cabinets were installed, Junior didn’t reach out to ask how everything was going or even let me know when the next contractor would be coming to start the countertop fabrication process. Funny story is that when I asked he told me the guy was coming in the morning, and it feels as if they would’ve surprised visited if I didn’t take the initiative. I looked past all of this because the contractors were doing their jobs well. And now my kitchen looks great. However, my peninsula countertop isn’t completely stable. When I reached out to tell Junior that the brackets originally used in my installation weren’t holding completely steady he asked me to buy the brackets I’d like to use and he’ll send the contractor to come reinforce it for me. Caught me off guard but I spent the week looking for the perfect bracket. I reach back out to confirm a date the contractor can come finish the job and Junior flips the story and energy telling me that because my countertop wasn’t laminated it will never be stable unless I switch my aluminum frame out for a wooden one. Since I’ve replied showing him how installing the proper brackets ($30) would make my new kitchen I just spent thousands on more secure, he stopped replying to me. I should also add that his communication skills were always questionable but the first half of my payments were paid according to schedule. The second half I actually prepaid thinking it’d be easier and I’d get more attention to better handle my kitchen but I was so wrong. I would only recommend S3 to someone if S3 happened to have some exclusive or elusive material. Save yourself the headache and go with someone that will give you great kitchen as well as great communication and planning.Edit: I want to add that Anderson the contractor is the only reason this place is getting 2 stars from me instead of 1. Great individual, fast worker, attentive to detail and informative. As for the rest of my interactions with this is company, subpar.

We met with the owners Gustavo and Junior and explained to them what we wanted to accomplish and they went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Any hiccups along the way were quickly resolved, corrected or simply redesigned to accommodate us. They were very professional as well as the members of their construction teams. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of remodeling and will definitely without hesitation use them in the future. Thank you both for a job well done. I have included some before and after photos and as you can see the transformation was AMAZING.

S3 Kitchens + Floors were awesome!They completely transformed my outdated home into a modern living space. We remodeled our entire home and did so on budget and on schedule. It is rare these days to find a company that will give you every day attention to your project. Junior and Gustavo checked in with the progress every day. When problems arose, they were there with solutions. The quality of the design and the materials these two gentlemen chose and provided were A+.Their contractors were friendly, competent, clean, and conscientious of our timelines. Our entire home took about 4 months and I'm glad we chose to use S3 Kitchens + Floors otherwise I'm sure it would have taken much longer.Their prices were fair, and better than most. Inflation has been difficult, but I do not feel that they were raising their prices to "gauge" me. They were upfront on their costs, and if I needed to "add-on" any work to the project, the prices were also fair.Overall, you want to work with a company that cares about you, your project, your wallet and provide you with an exceptional end product... I highly recommend S3 Kitchens + Floor. Junior and Gustavo are good quality people and provide good quality service and results.
