Yes I read all the bad reviews to but I have been coming to rise for years to get uniforms and I’ve never had any problems. Today I came in with my kids to try some uniforms on and Matt was very helpful, when my son couldn’t find shorts Matt was able to print the logo of his school on a pair that fit him and everything worked out. I also told Matt that my daughters stitches were coming out of shirt we just recently purchased for her there and he said to bring it in and he will fix it. Customer service was superb. Thanks so much I appreciate all your help.

I made an order online waiting for more than two weeks it never arrived. I called customer service she was rude and asked me if I need a refund because they are backorder. I ask them why no one send an emailed or called me. She answered again if I need my refund or if I want to wait.

The Very Worst Uniform Company EVERI placed my son's uniform order July 16. Two months later. My son has been in school for 4 weeks and these people do not answer the phone or respond to emails. The one time I got someone one the phone The woman was condescending and rude.As of this review, we have no uniforms and no answers at all.DO NOT BUY UNIFORMS HERE

Horrible place. I ordered uniforms in July it's September never received my order. Forget calling nobody answers. Sending emails nobody responds. It's so unfortunate our school switched to this horrible company.

I visited this store at exactly 5:29 pm ( closing time ) to just ask for a big favor. I needed to verify the size of a blouse for my daughter ‘s uniform. I already knew it was too late to buy anything because I was told that over the phone 10 mins earlier -that no one minute later I was going to be let inside the store !!! I came and wondered why I could not use that one minute? I promised that it was all I needed! The worst low customer service manager Max came to the door and told me that he was closed at 5:29Pm. He locked it before the time ! I said “ I know you are closed , I am sorry, would you be kind and do me a favor and let me see the blouse size quickly ? Just 2 mins max to verify a size ? and I can buy it online pls? “ he said NOOO. I reminded him that I understood is his time I was asking for, but I wasn’t asking to do any transaction, just 2 mins that I am sure they had to spend 2 more extra mins there folding etc, and they were still wrapping up with people inside the store. He said “NOOO I do many favors all day”.I don’t know why he was so inflexible, but I can tell that Max looked so pathetic, unprofessional and low class, the way he acted so helpless stubbornly. I know he did not have to do anything for anyone passed “5:29”, I get it. But customer service it’s something intangible but real. This store claims high customer service on their website. That is terrible indeed customer service. Specially from a manager. It actually took him more than 2 mins to tell me “no “ a couple times , that letting me in or bring the shirt to check the size. I will look at their size chart and never come back here. But more interestingly, maybe one day, I can take my business somewhere else.. then , and maybe then, they will care more about my business. I see their ratings are so low and they have indeed earned them well.

Every single time I have placed an order this year for them to mail they have sent me either the wrong item, or the wrong size!! Unfortunately I have no choice but to continue to use them because my son’s school only uses them for their uniforms!

Every single time I have placed an order this year they have either sent me the wrong item, or the wrong size. Unfortunately I will have to keep using them because my son's school only uses them! I just wish it wasn't such a hassle to get what is needed!!

I have been purchasing school uniforms from Risse Brother's in Deerfield Beach, Fl. for many years. If there is an alternative, I'd certainly like to know about it. In August of 2020 I went to the store and made my yearly purchase $480. My daughter said she needed a few more items so we rang them up separately $139. All of which would be shipped to me. I received my large order but I never received the $139 order. I've emailed customer service a ridiculous amount of times and NO REPLY! I've called over and over just to get the voicemail and I've left message there too! There is absolutely no customer service at this location. I will be advocating for another uniform company.
