Excellent customer service. How can you go wrong with a one-year return policy? Yes their prices are high but if you buy in the month before school starts they have a discount.

I have had a horrible experience, not only 1 time here - but 3 times. I’m sure it would be more than 3 but thankfully I only have to step foot in here once a year because this is the only place to buy my daughter’s school uniforms.

I initially phoned to inquire about the size, but they were too busy to assist me. I ended up driving to the store only to find out that the size was not available. After waiting for 30 minutes in line, the cashier informed me that I could order it online, but couldn't provide an estimated delivery date. Additionally, I was told that I needed to create an account to make a purchase, despite already waiting in line for half an hour. It was frustrating to have to go through the hassle of creating an account, especially when the cashier's first language wasn't English. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time.

Yes this particular location is horrible with customer service. Unfortunately for my daughters’ school this is the only location!

I don’t like to put reviews but I think if are not happy where you are just move on!! I went there today store was empty no body iwas there !, I need a little help in find the right size for my daughter PÉ and this person was so careless and disconnect and absolutely no customer service!! Sorry but is True!!!

The sales person was not exactly nice. Very cold and impersonal. She should be reminded to be polite while dealing with shoppers who keep her in her job.

Worst service of all time. They have awful customer service and the employees are very rude. They do not even acknowledge that you are waiting at the register. Disgusting!

Frustrating shopping experience. No help, sizes thrown all over. No place to put your items while shopping. Have to pile it all up your arm.
