Worst and rudest people ever, especially the cashier today 2/28/2023 time 2:30pm. Came to bring my mother on her Birthday and I will NOT ever bring her back here. I rather drive further just to avoid the rudest employees by how unprofessional this store is. It’s dirty and unorganized. I’ve been a manager in retail for over 15 yrs. This is a first wow. Do a cleanup of people and store!

I stopped at this Rainbow Apparel to check on gifts for my nieces...this place rocks...they have really good prices on clothing...you can get stuff from $3 Jeans for like $10! Nice staff....they said Welcome to Rainbow, the minute I walked in. Nice shoe department as well. Rainbow is a privately held, moderately priced American retail apparel chain comprising several lifestyle brands primarily targeting teens and young women. The company is headquartered in the East New York section of Brooklyn, New York, United States.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and I drive to the Deerfield store. This is hands down my favorite rainbow location in the area. The staff is always friendly, the store is always organized and I always feel welcomed. Karla and Thania are amazing!!!!!

While out shopping, my friend and I walked by Rainbow and saw some cute dresses in the window so we thought we'd pop in and look around. The store is tight and a bit hard to maneuver around to see all the racks. We looked at a couple racks when one of the employees passed by and said "we close in 5 minutes" and kept walking. Which was fine, I understand wanting to close at the right time. We quickly grabbed a few more things and headed up to the register but my friend was worried somethings wouldn't fit so she asked the employee if she could quickly try on something and then employee said "no. You have 7 days to return it" again, understandable, but a little rude. We quickly checked out and left. The clothes aren't the best quality ever but they are cute and inexpensive! I would go again for some cute dresses or shirts
