My experience from the start with Puffin’s learning academy has been wonderful. Everything is kid first period from proper nutrition to overall development. They take great care of my little girl. They are very quick to respond to you. I would highly recommend this child care facility. They are amazing!

My son has been attending for four years and I haven’t had anything bad happen, I love they have the Procare app to communicate with me and keep meUpdated on my child and the fact I get pictures of him through the day. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

At first I like the school. My 3 years old son used to go there but we had some issues like hiding. I just think that staff needs training.(or they just don’t want to do they job) Apparently my son is very hyper for them and they couldn’t handle him, calling me 2 hours after dropping him off to go pick him up because “he was having a bad day”. I ask them to show me videos because I can’t imagine my son, my 3 years old son out of control that grown up that are supposed to be trained to handle situations like they was saying, couldn’t do it. They said they couldn’t show me videos because of the other kids that was on the video. And they will give you 1hour to go pick up your child. And they told me that I should take my son to the doctor to see if he has problem, again, because he is hyper nonstop. They just don’t want to do they job, For all that money that I paid weekly. I guess they want kids that will just be sitting there all day and kids that they have to tell something once and expect them to listen that one time, come on . I never took my son there again. I will not recommend this place . My son is just a happy hyper healthy 3 years old boy for your information.

My son attended three day care centers and this one is the worst one of all of them. Management model is poorly structured: zero concerns for families, severely understaffed: when my son attended there would be one teacher for what looked like 20 toddlers. A bit of runny nose and their manager would call you and no matter what your situation was, their policy is that you have to pick up your child within one hour. They simply don’t care that you have a job that doesn’t allow you to take off at their whim.Several times I had to drive and pick up my son immediately because according to them he was very sick only to find out he was absolutely fine.Class rooms for toddlers don’t have bathrooms,so no potty training like other schools do.This is a very poorly run facility with absolutely obnoxious management. Only thing that was good, the teachers were nice,but at least there of them left their jobs almost at the same timeWould never recommend this facility to anyone .

I highly recommend Puffin of Deerfield Beach, to anyone looking for quality childcare. Mrs. Mara, Mrs. Flava and Mrs. Priscilla run a clean, friendly and attentive preschool. Safety is a main priority and communication is top tier. This is my son’s first preschool and I must say, I am overly appreciative of the dedication the staff puts out to ensure each child is loved, cared for and the quality of learning he is receiving. There is no doubt in my mind when I drop him off, it fills my heart with joy that he is treated kindly while enjoying the time to grow and learn. Thank you ladies for all that you do on a daily basis. You are a great addition to my village in helping me raise my son.

Puffin is a very cozy and family-friendly school. My son loves going to class, he sometimes asks to go even on the weekend, and besides everything, his progress has been remarkable since he started there until now. The teachers are very competent and the coordinator Flávia is always helpful and attentive. My family and I love this school!

Love this school! My daughter loves going every day to be with friends and to learn. The staff is amazing! I love the pictures and updates I get everyday to see how she is doing. I would 100% recommended this school for anyone looking to have your child in a safe and loving environment!

I think it's very important to point out that Puffin Learning Academy is a very reliable place with an extremely competent faculty. Miss Eli and Coordinator Flavia, in particular, are wonderful, and very attentive. Our son has adapted very well and loves attending classes. Everything there is taught in a respectful and playful way, and we parents are reassured because we are always sent photos and schedules of what our child is doing and the activities through the app. Congratulations to the school, we recommend ourselves too much!!I think it is very important to highlight that Puffin Learning Acadamy is a very reliable place with an extremely competent teaching staff. My daughter has been in this day for 2 years and I absolutely love it! She loves her classmates and her teacher Silvia. Her speech has improved so much since she started the twos class, also love the everyday picture and updates. Thank you staff and teacher Silvia ?❤️

Currently my daughter is attending and she loves it ! I can honestly say this school is one of the best! At this time my one year old daughter knows her ABC’s, more than all her colors, and she’s working on her shapes. I can definitely see a drastic change in her education since she’s been attending. I’m just glad I made the decision to place her at this school.
