In the reception office on door 48, the managers with very bad character, I asked for a pliers to cut the seal and they offended me, the Publix distribution center is becoming Central America, on occasions they have given me a cutter here without problems, But there is always a racist white American, “Publix has to put cutters in all their offices.”

May just be top 3 worst in the southeast. Musical chairs to get a door, They won’t call you so don’t fall asleep until you get in a door, then once in a door expect atleast three hours. No phone call to get your bills so set an alarm or who knows how long you may sit there with a green light.4/17: I’ll give credit where it’s due my last three or four visits have not been terrible. Today had a 1930 appt, 1555 arrival, get in a door and was actually out at 1945.

Appointment time 5:00 pm, check in by 4:30, got a call and assigned dock after two hour, next 4:30 hour they didn’t start unloading, check out by 12:30 midnight, more than hours, they charge lumper fee too, it was really challenging find parking in that area,

Seriously, every time I unload at this publix it is always fast, I understand that not everyone has the same waiting time, but I do believe that this business is changing, the only bad thing is that the parking spaces to stay at night are on the side of the street before enter the business but otherwise they are improving, they need to continue like this

Unfortunately I come here often. My company does run a lot of loads here but the day cabs can't turn and burn this place so it falls on me with a sleeper truck. If you are refrigerated side expect 4 to 6 hours. If you are frozen...... bring dinner, next days breakfast, and a bottle to pee in

I've been here 3 times. Never once had a good experience yet. 1st time I waited 13 hours to get unloaded. 2nd time I waited 10 hours to get unloaded. This time I've been here over 5 hours, and I still do not have my bills. It's a joke. Avoid coming here if you can. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.Follow me on TicTocLuckyMotherTrucker513

100% UNORGANIZED, INEFFICIENT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL operation.Worst delivery warehouse I have ever delivered product to.The workers have no empathy for the professional truck drivers and make them wait for endless hours of wasted time!I checked in at 2030 hours and bumped the dock at 2115 hours and have been waiting for over 4 hours ...Spoke to the driver next to me and he has been waiting for over 6 hours! Organizations like this need to be financially held responsible for wasting a driver's valuable time!
