This store is clean and welcoming. I came here to grab a couple of missing ingredients I needed for my dinner. I also grabbed a cold sub for my lunch tomorrow. Nadege, the woman who made my sub, was polite and efficient. She made one of the most beautiful subs I've seen in a while at a Publix! It also tasted magnificent. It's hard getting good help in a deli for most grocery stores but she was exactly what you'd expect in an employee. The excellent customer service doesn't end there because when I checked out with my few items on a Sunday, I was met with long lines with full baskets. No biggie, I understand. But I saw customer service was empty and checked out there since I only had 6 items. Wesly was very accommodating and helped me quickly. He's also a diligent, hard-working employee. One of my favorite things about this particular Publix is the friendly employees. I truly hope they're recognized the way they should be. Thank you both for a wonderful experience with something I will occasionally consider a chore... unless I'm shopping at this Publix, of course.

Kimberly is awesome! An hour before closing, I showed up with a friend's scripts. They were closing soon, so I asked if only one medication could be ready. 45 minutes later, everything was filled. Kimberly said, "we just want them to feel better." after I expressed my gratitude. The care she provided was greatly appreciated.

I just went to this Publix with my 4 months old and alone, when in the check out line one employee Sophia, asked if I need help taking the stuff to my car. I forgot where I parked, a whole mess but Sophia was amazing , so patient.

I’ve been going here for like the past year or so and everyone is always pretty nice! I get really anxious during vaccines but they all are understanding and check up on me to make sure I’m okay. My meds usually get filled on time within the day or next day as well. They try to help me when my med is expensive and do their best and I appreciate that

Old brown lettuce, out of date bagels (a month out of date stale bakery goods!! Complain to management about bagging improperly and ruining the bread and they just look at you. This store is crap!

The pharmacy at Publix is quite shameful. Heather doesnt seem to care about the people who she serves. Every time myself or my father has tried to fill a prescription, we are met with cold and very unhelpful responses by Heather- who seems to be the only one to answer the phone. We will be switching pharmacies due to the bad customer service and lack of care. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially to anyone I care about. Do better, Publix.

Bakery is amazing . Their dessert was better than the fancy bakeries I went to and their the staff is very nice. Beautiful store. Very clean.

Made at stop at this Publix to get some seltzer water. They had the La Croix 12 packs....buy 2 get the third free. I was able to get a variety of flavors.The store seemed a bit smaller than other Publix stores, but it was clean, well organized and the staff was friendly.Got some spices on the way to the register as well.

They have ROTTEN SALAD AND PRODUCE! I have let the Manager know he obviously has done NOTHING ABOUT IT!! Fire the management and get new!!!

Stopped in on a whim gotta have a Cuban sandwich excellent excellent flavor in my continuing search I'll put it as a solid number 2... Very traditional.. But tasty I shop this door somewhat frequently Clean and very friendly staff

Wayne in the deli is the nicest person ever!!! He prepared my sub and it was such a nice experience, he made little jokes here and there and recommended some great ingredients! This publix is lucky to have someone like him! :)

We have given this publix deli and we are angry more than happy. A. Went in and asked for a cheese steak. Lady said "we dont make that, only whats on the menu. So i ask for the store mgr. Said" i will be right back i have to go to my car to order my sub". Apologies yet i feel empty promises. Today wife calls to order lunch meat and some cheese. I arrived 10 minutes after our pick up time and of course wasn't in the cold case. "I dont have your order" im told. Gave the deli mgr our verification #. After 20 minutes of the Deli insinuated my wife and i were crazy, the paper order was found on the floor. Never in my life would i ever think in my head..screw publix..Wal-Mart is next door. You can expect WM to screw up yet Publix?

Great service and managers are top notch, but the Deli's and hot food in all of them act like you aren't there, rate 1 star, agreeing with this one gentleman on here saying the same thing.. plus, why do they all close up @ 8pm when the stores close @ 10&11.... This post doesn't include the LHP one near Copans and the Palm Aire one, their Deli's & Hot food service is outstanding.....
