This is the 3rd time that I have bought cabinets from Pro-Craft. They are top quality cabinets.Cabinets were ordered on a Saturday and assembled & delivered on Wednesday. Great service!!

Brand new bathroom cabinet. Bottom drawer fell off its rails so it sits crooked. The rail system is so flimsy and complicated. It is overdesigned and cheap. Not a good combination. I built my own airplane and built my own house and had difficulty figuring out why the rails were so difficult to fix. They are designed for easy assembly but not for maintenance or fixing.The drawers are hard to open to get the soft close to work. Avoid.

Gave them a kitchen layout with all the measurements than they changed one cabinet on it. They assembled them all shipped to the job site. When i figured that they changed a cabinet from w2130 to w1830 i returned it.Now they want to charge 25% restocking fee.

Bad customer service, come on Saturday to look at options but they don't even let you in if you don't have account, no one available to open account on Saturday, they also has the policy to not provide prices if you don't have account, my question is how a business enforce people to open account if don't know their prices, one of the girls there seemed negative with no options just saying sorry ! Honestly I don't recommend and i don't know how they still on business!

The staff in the front are very helpful and half of the staff in the back are very helpful. There are some quite downright rude people in the loading dock but not everyone.
