As an advertising agency, we really need to rely on our partners to come through for us with quality, service and price and Print Basics has done that time and time again, often going above and beyond to make us look good to our clients. I have been doing business with Print Basics for just a few months now. I have provided them with a few jobs, and I have to say, everything is much more quality than I had been receiving from other vendors. I just recently had Print Basics print 5,000, 48 page magazines and nailed the head on. I met Craig, who is a very personable business owner, to see if his company could take on work for my business. That was a silly question. I was given a tour of the operation to realize these guys are the real deal. They get most of your work done in house, but most importantly they all pay attention to detail. Communication has been absolutely stellar. I will continue to give my print media, uniforms, and other marketing material work over to Print Basics. They're not the cheapest, but they do stellar work. They really have done a great job. I think Print Basics is the #1 print shop in Deerfield Beach. Check them out!

I work near this company and needed shirts for my upcoming boxing match. I placed my order 3 weeks in advance and was told that they can get the job done. I was very specific with my personal fight shirt I was wearing for my fight. When I picked up the shirts they seemed okay. Wednesday afternoon. The material was thick and the lettering was not centered. They printed my sponsor shirt in a shirt sleeve shirt and that's not what I requested. I gave them from the batch the only shirt size I could wear and was told it would be ready the next day or so. I called and spoke to one of the owners Lynn. She said the shirt would be delivered. At the weigh ins (Friday) I called her again and was told my shirt would be delivered. At 6pm on Friday I call again and Lynn said again it would be delivered that night by her driver. About 5 minutes later a man called and said the lettering was melted and I won't be getting my fight shirt the night before my fight. He said well we did give you another shirt you could wear. I explained to him that's not what I ordered. I ordered long sleeve!!!!! Icalled and spoke to Lynn and told her I would never use her company again and she said she would refund me. They haven't!!! So 7pm Friday night I didn't have a shirt and has to scramble to Michael's to spend another $50 on stuff for a cricket so my friend can make my shirt. I was and am very disappointed in this company.

Print basics did an amazing job! I had a small old photo of my parents. PJ and his team cleaned up the pic enlarged it to my desired 60" x 36" size and put it on canvas. The reaction from my parents was priceless. They were very professional, they did what they promised and on time. I am very thankful!

I am very rarely in need of personal bulk printing, so I am not fluent on services, time lines, and other details involved in the process. So when I found myself searching for one of those services, I was not sure who to turn to. I reached out to our work partners, Print Basics and Ms. Chrissie Forman who has always been so exceptional in assisting us with all company printing needs. The words can not expressed the outstanding service, I have received. My job was very small and definitely not on top of the urgency orders for any business. My dad passed away abruptly last year at the beginning of the pandemic, and 1 year later, I finally get a chance to give him a proper memorial service that could be attended by the family. When I called Ms. Chrissie early this morning and hope for assistance with printing the program for the service, she made me a priority. Today Print Basics made me feel like a family. They have recognized my pain and urgency. My printing was done within less than 2 hours. There is nothing basic about this company and all their staff. They represent the lost art of compassion and outstanding customer service. Ms. Chrissie, your are exceptional!!!! To all my Print Basic family, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!

They are extremely accommodating. These guys not only get it done right and we are meticulous when it comes to quality but they understand my challenges and go out of their way to help me accomplish my deadlines even when I gave them an order on a holiday. They were able to make sure it was ready the next business day. I guess I was lucky the owner took my call, it was Christmas Eve but that's how dedicated they are. Now they set me up with my own personalized portal which is so convenient for me. I make my adjustments online and press send and it's done. These guys really get it.
