But the staff communicated clearly with me and seeing how they were with the other dogs coming and going, I felt like I was leaving him in reliable hands. They were able to take my dog early, and he was done pretty quickly, and was so clean and fluffy after his grooming. My little boy also seemed pretty comfortable & happy.
