When I first spoke to Riki, she sounded straightforward, and was very helpful. She always answered my messages or calls when I had questions. She first gave me a quote of $2,374. She did mentioned more or less that was the price. She took detailed inventory of our 1 bedroom apartment. I mentioned we have a "smart bed" to which I was charged extra since is heavy ( totally understand) I also mentioned I have a big sectional couch. 12.15.2023 our stuff was picked up and after everything was inside the truck, the owner, RON- which claims to be the "supervisor" came back upstairs and told us we had to pay an extra $1,500 fue to our bulky sectional sofa. They packed our sofa, dinning table with wood base, bed and Tv. Please see photos and videos. We do understand our bed base is heavy- they drop it as seen in the video and RON took out a black sharpie and told me it was an issue fix. Not the professional customer service you'll expect, right? He kept telling me it was just the base and nobody could see it. I tried telling him that wasn't the point, it's our stuff and we wanted them to take care of it. 1.16.2024 a month later- day of the Delivery. They only take care of the move in Miami. Then they hire another company to delivery in NV. Which I had to pay them cash/ Venmo $1,500 +$200 for them to move everything from an 18 wheeler to a smaller truck so they could come inside the apartment complex. They want you to sign right away as soon as soon as they open the truck. I didn't sign the documents until they opened all the items they had packed to make sure they were in the same condition. During that month, my stuff was inside their storage or truck. It has snowed in Texas on their way here. My wood dinning chairs got wet and moldy. (See photos attached) Damages: Dinning table wood base broken. Chairs with mold Sofa ripped Night stand broken Lamp. The movers told me to go to HomeDepot and buy wood glue and two wood screws, that it was an easy fix. Checkout the easy fix after 3 weeks. The table collapsed as expected. Insurance claim: The same day they delivered, right away I placed the insurance claim using the info they provided. $0.60 per pound. That's nothing! 3.24.2024 Finally got a response from their insurance company. We're getting $84.00 as a compensation fue to Paragon Van Lines negligence! Lastly, watch out. Pay with my CC - DON told me there was a 7% fee if I payed with my credit card. ( see photos attached) He charged me an extra $90 and wouldn't pay me back until I kept texting him about it 1.16.2024 as seen in the conversation with him. It's been 3 month and we're getting $84 back. I hope this helps anyone out there. Don't do it! Get yourself a moving PODS and hire good movers that will take care of the things that are important to you.

Spoke to sales person who strong armed me to leave a deposit. I told him I was still looking at other companies. He insisted I would get my money back if didn't use Paragon. 2 and a half months later, I still haven't received the $225 owed. I followed all instructions required. They won't even take or return my calls!!! Never believe what they say, they can't even afford to return the small deposit. Probably do this enough times that multiplied by hundreds of people they make a tidy sum! DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!!

Every time i have to move, i start a long search to make sure it is NOT A BROKER. I care about my sentimental valuable memories. I an so pleased to know, that im finally don’t have to look no more. It started with a friendly call, a very good price, and surprisingly a firm one…the crew that pick my things even help me with last minute wrapping. And I received it very shortly after. Great delivery great service. Definitely use them again, and recommend to everyone i know.

As with most moving companies, they tried to charge us for extra things that were clearly addressed in the contract. Also, we can't prove it but we had money missing off our kitchen countertop which we noticed after they were gone.

I move my parents from New York to Florida they show up on time 9:00 ? am pack all the furniture with special blankets and Shrink wrap tv boxes ? on the tv and pictures boxes ? for all of my mom expensive Art then the drove straight to Florida we received our furniture in two days. Thank you ? so much Paragon Van Lines team. We are definitely going to recommend you to a friend and family.

Disclaimer: I'm not a customer, so I can't speak to this company's moving services. However, I had an unfortunate encounter with one of their employees. Due to where they parked their truck, I had a lot of difficulty pulling out of my parking spot. I asked for help with guiding me out and around the truck to avoid hitting them. The employee was very disrespectful and accused me of not listening to his instructions when I actually just didn't understand what he was saying. Perhaps he was having a bad day... still, please teach your employees to have some empathy instead of jumping to conclusions. Communication skills are also an important part of professionalism, so I suggest some additional training in this area as well. Thanks.

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. So me and my sister was moving state to state a few months ago and after looking around, we found paragon van lines at first everything started off great we put the deposit down the movers came picked up our stuff we drove up and the delivery was supposed to be on the 4th of the month… Nope that didn’t happen. They ended up delivering the items on the 10th of the month so after a couple of calls of pretty much is begging for our items because we needed our important documents for our business, they TRIED TO CHARGE US MORE FOR THEM TAKING LONGER TO DELIVER OUR ITEMS… I told my sister absolutely not we aren’t giving them one cent more. Ron was very rude ove r the phone and very unprofessional, and very unresponsive when trying to reach out and you think it’s stop there? NO… not only when our boxes got delivered they were all smashed up. And some of the items and some of the boxes were broken and it doesn’t stop there a couple of boxes with our most expensive items were replaced with other peoples boxes and we asked to see if they can try to figure out the mixup and get our boxes back but pretty much they said we are SOL. They then asked us to send pictures of the boxes and pictures of the stickers on the boxes which THERE WERE NO STICKERS ON ANY OF THE BOXES! I definitely would never trust this company with anything and then after calling around to see about getting compensation for all of our items that were missing we end up finding out that THEYRE BROKERS AND THIS IS S REGULAR THING… Please stay away from this company, go anywhere else and save yourself, the frustration, the headache, and the money because they’re not cheap to begin with and we ended up taking a very big loss in the end. STAY AWAY!!!

Florida to New York Moving was great! From the start to finish, their professionalism was on display. They showed up on time, packed up all my stuff securely, loaded the truck without incident, and unloaded everything carefully. I was especially impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail when it came to making sure nothing was damaged. I highly recommend them!
