A dear friend recommended Janice and I went to her for the first time. she was a pleasure but only does regular manicures with gel polish. I found the manager to be rude and disrespectful to customers. I had a 10 am appointment with who turned out to be the manager Judy at 10 am. I came in 10 minutes early and and she said in a very rude manner you are early come back in 15 minutes we are backed up. understanding that this is before the holidays I came back at 10:15. I sat there until 10:40 and no mention to me to reschedule . The manager Judy was taking walk ins and ignoring me. finally at 10:40 . I could wait no longer. I went up to Judy and said I can't wait any longer. She didn't even have the courtesy to look up and acknowledge what I was saying. I had witnessed her complete,y rude and nasty attitude to others. I can't understand how you can run a salon and treat people so miserably. it's a shame because the other nail techs seem so nice. In this day and age where businesses are closing you need to be respectful of people and their time.

My dip nails are ok... the length is uneven and the color is a bit messy. Some nails are crooked. Definitely not my favorite manicure I've had. Lilly was pleasant but at times it seemed like I was inconveniencing her.
