Hebah was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and easy to work and communicate with. If I had a store and a job for Hebah - I would hire her! Not that she's looking, she definitely a keeper!”

“***June 24th updateThe Maxandfix team has reached out to me personally and mailed the mouse and keyboard in a separate package to me overnight. Looks like this was an unintentional mistake. I'm revising my review from one to five stars. This was my second time buying a computer from them. Their effort is appreciated!-----------------------Where is my keyboard and mouse? When you say they are included with my purchase, they'd better come with the package. Customer service is REALLY SLOW!!! It's 1 PM on a Thursday. I've been waiting for a reply regarding this issue for about 2 hours. Your online chat and text message service is non-existent. Not even staffed on a Thursday??”
