Bought a box spring (full size) for $130. Didn’t like the extra $100 fee if I wanted it delivered right to my door/inside my condo. Do better Mattress Firm.

The facility was clean, and well organized. He sales representative was courteous, professional, and respectful. They were attentive to my needs, and demonstrated significant patience as I searched for a mattress. They offered me choices, and provided me with relevant information that helped me to make an excellent choice. Their customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm, and shop there again.

I would advise everyone not to shop or purchase from this company. We purchased the worst $4,000 lemon bed Stearns and Foster and 3 months later it started sagging in the middle. They told us to go pound sand basically.

Carlos was so professional and knowledgeable. Carlos was also very nice and courteous. I definitely would shop at Mattress Frim Deerfield Beach again. It's was pouring rain when I left the store and Carlos walk me to my car with an umbrella. Nice touch !

I bought two adjustable beds May "2023" Joy & Harry went above and beyond to see that I got exceptional service by choosing Mattress Firm. I wasn't going to shop there but Harry was consistent but not pushy for me to giving Mattress Firm a try; I'm so glad I did. Joy highly recommended the Tempur Pedic which I was a little skeptical about but "WoW" I'm so glad I took her advice and went with it. I get such quality sleep that I find myself thinking about the bed through the day lol....Hats off to Harry & Joy!! Mattress Firm they are a huge asset to the company; keep up the excellent customer service !!!

I found my favorite mattress at Mattress Firm & since then I must have bought about 4 more over the years for friends & family. Everyone loves it. Carlos is fantastic, and made the entire process really easy & comfortable. I only want to speak to Carlos when I need a mattress! Thanks for everything
