BYes I came to this location on Friday 4:59 pm. The Kashmir was rude. The cashier was nauseous. He was unprofessional and he doesn’t deserve to be having a job as a cashier for customer service. He got no customer service skills he was called me a liar. He have a merchant that expired, the store is so nasty is like I have a lot of items expire and has so many roaches inside the store and I don’t recommend anybody and he cheater he he he he’s a steel he still he’s a cheater. I don’t recommend anybody to come to this Gas Station is 299 E. Hillsborough Boulevard is the worst Gas Station I have ever came to .

Racists and rude!! Go across to the shell at least it's clean and the customer service is great!! That old man needs to retire and stop watching and being rude to the black people that comes there!!

I would give zero Stars if I could.. I went there last Thursday to buy gas and I bought a beer as well and paid with my credit card. The attendant accidentally put my gas on a pump that was diesel fuel only. After a few minutes I realized that pump never came on so I went back inside and he told me that he put it on the wrong pump and I should move to the next pump over which I did. 10 minutes later the pump still didn't turn on so I went back inside, the statement to me was the diesel pump was frozen so he couldn't transfer the amount that I paid for gas from that pump to the one that I was on so I would have to pay for my gas a second time and then come back the next day if the funds had not gone back to my car and then gave me a receipt that only showed the beer that I purchased. when I said this was unacceptable and I wanted a refund he refused... When I told him to call his manager he told me he couldn't reach him then I told him I wanted him to call the police he told me I had to call the police myself and he wouldn't do it.. 10 minutes later the police showed up ask him why he couldn't just transfer it or give him a refund then told me since it was below $250 it was a civil matter and it really wasn't anything the police could do if I didn't get the money back the next day I would have to escalate with the police and they would show back up. After the attendant hurt all of this he went and did something in his computer because 10 minutes after the policeman left my money was refunded to my card. It's clear to me that this man runs this type of scam daily stay away from his gas station

I would give zero Stars if I could I came here to purchase gas and use my credit card inside the attendant put my gas on the wrong pump and ask me to move to a second pump then couldn't transfer my money to the pump he told me to move to because the original company put it on was frozen and he can't refund my card so I have to pay again that's not how don't come here unless you're prepared to call the police to record Robbins

I am completely amazed right now. These gas station attendants are either racist or just complete assholes. My car wash code didn't work after I just paid eight dollars for a car wash. I went inside and the guy that I just purchased the car wash from five seconds ago... He said "if your code doesn't work then you have to buy another car wash, that's not my problem". He went outside and looked at my car and said yeah you're right, looks like the car wash didn't work you have to buy a new car wash. I started raising my voice inside of the store obviously because this is completely absurd and the guy said it wasn't his problem and I had to buy another car wash. He then went outside and reset it for me. What a complete a*** The eight dollar car wash doesn't even dry your car. Just don't go to this gas station.

I visit this gas station somewhat regularly. It can be seem as an old fashioned gas station or a bit run down. I view it as a combination. It is a short walk from the gas pump into the store and the staff tends to friendly. The prices are competitive to the market. There are no "bells and whistles" in this gas station. It is a great place to stop, pump your gas, and move forward. It is also easy to pull in and there is plenty of room for your car to fit near the gas pumps. It is serviceable for the purpose of a gas pump, which at the end of the day is the primary purpose of a gas station.
