Horrible customer service! Even if the products worked the way they are supposed to, I would only give them a 1. Natasha is rude and not helpful. I am a bed bound person in constant pain. I ordered products in the past but needed a much higher dose than recommended and my stomach hurt really badly. I could not return the products left over from my traumatic stomachache, and on top of everything else, Green Roads sent out over $400.00 worth of product and refused to take it back because I am a week late. Trust me, if I could have made a phone call before 30 day return policy I would have. I don't have help, can't afford it,If Green Roads actually "cared" about it's customers, it would accept these expensive products as a return. I have spent $1000.00 of dollars trying Green Roads products. Now, I have no money to eat. Buyer beware. If you have an intense health situation, these products don't work. They are recreational drugs and not medical grade. Also, don't expect a kind ear when you call or text or anything. They simply don't care. Capitalism at it's best.

This is on the bottle, the top just spun after the second or third day. It would not catch to come off. I had to pry it off and jerry rig it to make it work.

I found Green Roads one day in a shop in May of 2018. It was a saving grace too. I was really going through a serious breakdown. Within minutes of using my first dose, the tight ball of stress in my chest that I had been carrying, dissolved. I have been using this product ever since then and refuse to use any other brand. I've bought several products for several friends just so they would try it because I knew they'd never buy it on their own. I've used the tinctures, froggies, oils, dailies, muscle and joint cream and I have had a great experience with all of them. I will continue to support, buy and share Green Roads!

I ordered 4 bottles, all different and upon receiving my package one of them was leaking. I pulled on the cap to check the seal and it came right off. I called Customer Service and they refused to exchange it. All they said was that since only a small quantity leaked out that it was fine. I had to discard the leaking bottle for my safety since there is no way to know if someone tampered with it. This will be my last time ordering from them...

Beware people any cbd product that they sell over the counter is not real..now the reason you feel anything from this stuff is called full spectrum and is a multi complex..That means other other meds like cbn cbg and ton of others..Truth real cbd does not come from hemp oil the flower is what contains the real cbd and can only be purchased at a clinic or big pharma called epidiolex..All others are snake oils even green roads..
