I didn't want to go there because they had no good reviews, but on Saturday morning I had just a few options. Once there, I was surprised by the excellent service provided by Kam. She was so nice and helpful when assisting me to print a document that she didn't even want to charge me!!!. Wow... Thank you very much, Kam.I am giving them 5 stars and of course will go there again.

Apparently Internet was not working, which rendered the entire business inoperable. You guys can take this as free consulting advice, you can pay like $29.99 per month for a portable hotspot/Wi-Fi device from any phone provider. This would have prevented, this situation where you cannot operate your business for unknown period of time due to lack of Internet. I think probably 10 to 20 year’s worth of the hotspot monthly fee would have been covered just from the business loss of this one day without Internet. So I hope you appreciate the free advice.

The store manager was super rude and not helpful. Was trying to print something and he would not open the file and said there was nothing he could do. Every location I go to there's problems. They usually don't know what they're doing when it comes to printing. Never coming back here.

Guillo or Julio was the best customer service representative I've had in a while. This is my second time going back for his help. He made the technological, shipping, whole process really easy for me. There's also a young woman he works with was there both times. She's super friendly and smiles a lot. This is now my go to FedEx location.

I'm not sure why this place has such bad ratings. As for the people complaining about them not answering the phone, you must understand that almost every store/restaurant you walk into nowadays is extremely understaffed (post COVID) and they can't afford to sacrifice the people that go in store to answer the phones for questions that can be found on the website's FAQ. Just drive there. Or submit an application to work there as they are CLEARLY looking for more staff (sign is posted on door). It's like y'all never had a customer service job before.Everytime I've been here since moving to the area in 2018 the staff has been nothing but caring and attentive. I've printed and shipped things here multiple times and the rates are always as prescribed on the website. Politeness to workers pays back :)

Sketchy. Go to a different one. Their website says one price. I get there and they ask for triple. These people are doing something wrong. Shipping a small one pound box as slow as possible to NJ from FL should not cost over $30.

Do not go here! Nikolay I think is the person or store manager has such an attitude! First time I went thought he had a bad day; next time he said he couldn't help a woman who was in front of me; Then proceeded to tell me that the package that I was trying to return to sender had been opened! Literally inspecting the package and going through it and touching it with his finger on the tape! Really? I said why would I lie? I just need to send this back bc I no longer work for the company that sent me this, hence why I didn't open it!!! Never again
