I accidentally pressed 2 on my survey when it should have been a 5 Danielle helped me super quick and had such a positive attitude. She took her time to help even when it was hard to find a truck on short notice.

I rented a convertible to surprise my wife for an anniversary beach trip. Two weeks before the pick up I had my confirmation which specified Ford Mustang or similar. When I got to the counter, I was told all they had was a Toyota Corolla. I spent an hour and a half waiting on some apathetic, completely detached reps who clearly couldn't care less about the situation I was thrown into. "It's very hard to get a convertible and your rate was really low" is what they kept repeating. Which is the point of a RESERVATION I thought. So they were either saying that 1) enterprise flat out lies to get you in the door or 2) they lamented the rate they offered online in retrospect and changed their minds. Next I called the 800 customer service number and spoke to a woman there while I was standing at the counter. This proved an effort in maintaining sanity as this woman was also not interested in what was happening while superficially apologizing multiple times but actually doing nothing. She spoke very little English so that was not helpful. I told her several times that I was standing at the counter at the actual location. At one point she said, please let me know when you get there. I said I have been here, as I have mentioned several times. Then she said she is sending a message to the manager. I said he's right in front of me. Then she asked to talk to him. I gave him the phone, and he became even more confused than I had been, while the woman on the phone still could not figure out what was happening. So the enterprise representative just hung up the phone and gave it back to me. He told me he was still working on it and disappeared. I never heard from him again and walked out after an hour and a half. Pathetic. Unacceptable. I knew customer service was getting bad, but this is communist country bad. It's a shame to see an American company like this behaving like a third world country company. Never enterprise rent a car for me or my family again (and some of my friends with whom I've shared the experience).Added 6/17 in response to enterprise: you have my reservation number. You have all the information. Your response is not sincere and I am not going to spend yet more time emailing you information you already have. There was no attempt to make this right.

You guys need to update your schedule here!! My husband and I made a reservation on a car, and we came to pick it up by 5 p.m and the surprise was that the office was closed already, when in this webpage says that the close is at 6:00 p.m

Worst enterprise and customer service I ever experienced in life. It’s very sad why we are still go through racism in this generation. When walking inside the door of enterprise I got greeted by brian liotta I thought it would’ve been a smooth experience getting my vehicle with also booking a reservation before I arrived. But since we are black they denied our service getting a vehicle for any little reason. The reason I got denied for my service was because “I was speaking to loud to them when being ask a question.” That is just ridiculous to get denied a rental car that you need. Then his manager Briar Macfarlanre came I thought he would override his decision because getting denied a service “just for talking to loud” sound so ridiculous. This is the most racist enterprise location you can go too. I had to go to a different location on federal hwy in pompano to get a vehicle. THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER ‼️

Went to this location to pickup our reserved vehicle to find out they did not have it available. This is the second location of the day that has done this. Not really sure why we made a reservation several weeks ago for this to happen.

Best rental agency ever !!!!! Brian Liotta gave me such a great experience from start to finish ! Will rent from here again and will never choose another rental agency other than this one

I will NEVER rent from this location again. The car I was given was old, full of dents & scratches, and filthy both inside & out. The gas tank was almost on empty, and the car didn’t have any washer fluid so I could barely see out of the windshield. Thankfully I only needed the car for 2 days. I don’t think I would have been able to tolerate the disgusting odor of perfume & cigarette inside the car for much longer than that.

Whatever you do, don’t rent from here!! They will promise you they have the vehicle you reserved MONTHS in advance, when in fact they do not. They will string you along and LIE to you about where the car is, with no intention of ever giving you the car! They will leave you STRANDED! Stay away from enterprise!

The people at the Deerfield location on Hillsboro Blvd are LIARS. I spoke to Briar at 1:16pm yesterday, and he said he'd have a car ready for me at 4:30. When I left work early (because he lied and said the branch closes at 5, when the website says they close at 6), he told me they didn't have ANY vehicle available. When asked if another location had one, he said, "No, because of the hurricane, no branch has any cars right now." I went to the Pompano location, and they had MANY available cars, and I got one through them. Kyle was super cool and helpful.

Give Brian alot of credit for being short staffed. Needed another car for the next few days. Car wasn't ready because he's there alone.Called my wife when it was ready for pickup & everything turned out great ?!!If he had another guy to pickup more cars, Enterprise would run like a Swiss watch.Get more manpower for Brian or pay him double for what he's doing for your company!Brian's very professional & polite. He gets the job done.

We had to rent a car here through an insurance claim. The first day I went they had no car even when called ahead. I was on hold for 20 minutes. and no one answered so I drove up they gave me a car much bigger than I wanted it was actually a van. The next day when I went to start the car it did not start so I called for service. They gave me a jumpstart and said it would be fine no it wasn't it's still did not start so I had to jump start it and take it back. My son had put $65 worth of gas in the first car we got and they kept saying it's okay you can bring it back empty but they only gave us a quarter of a tank in the new car so I made them go add more. Each time I went we waited at least 45 minutes. They are closed 12:00 Saturday and all day Sunday so unless we had to pay extra car needed to be turned in early. I would never ever use them again I always use budget never had problems

They didn’t have the car we reserved or anything even close. The front desk staff was very rude. He ran my credit card then reversed it saying it wasn’t working. I called the bank in front of him, the bank said it was their error and that he had done a reversal. He refused to re-run card and was very dismissive.I flew in to visit my niece in the hospital and had to go to another car rental company. Do not use this location!

DINO is Very unprofessional he lied about being a manager and told me I was not able to rent from that location and had to leave. All because I expressed frustration after booking over the phone through enterprise I was confirmed a economy vehicle and upon arriving to that location I was told they did not have my economy vehicle and I had to get a mini van that was price way higher then my original booked vehicle. Even though, I already booked it through enterprise and had a confirmation number whatever you do don’t go to this location.
