Dollar General is a cheap and cheerful place for great deals. The store is very organized and clean. Reviews note the managers and staff provide phenomenal, outstanding, and respectful customer service, are very personable and helpful, and are patient and smiling. Some visits are quite pleasant. However, some note the store can have too many people, it sometimes has low stock or is hard to find a cart, and it can be difficult to locate items. The food isn't that great. While it has problems and is not worth five stars, on the whole many customers like shopping there.

RiRi has phenomenal customer service and helps me find what I’m looking for anytime I ask for help. Every time I see her she’s always smiling and working outstanding manager.
