Great place to go with friendly service, however have you ever called them?
Yesterday the car wash was inoperable, so I called a short time ago to see if it was working. The lady placed me on hold and never returned... perhaps she forgot about me. I called back several times and the call would not go thru. Ended up going to a different drive thru.

HONEST PEOPLE WORK HERE!
Was in a major hurry, paid for some drinks, gas and left with my cash back change....got in my car and left. 15 mins later, realized that I left without pumping the gas, $40 cash, paid for. Turning back, figuring out what I'm going to face once I arrived to explain my loss for the gas. Not even starting to explain this dilemma, the young gentleman that originally rang me up, had my $40 cash stapled to a receipt, recalled what I purchased, total of purchases and amount I paid, even remembered the change he gave. HOW AWESOME IS THAT!! I pumped my gas and left a happy customer. I told him that I didn't think I would get my cash back, lost cause...his words..."NOT ON MY WATCH"" Kuddos and so thankful for him. Didn't get his name, aka HONEST HUMAN BEING WITH CLASS!!! THANK YOU

I used them since they opened and the car wash but lately NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING FIRST OF ALL HOW HARD IS IT TO FAMILIARIZE THE CASHIERS WITH THE “SCRUB CLUB “ CARDS”AND JUST “STARE” AT IT WITH A BEWILDERED LOOK AND HAVE NOTHING TO SAY BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO !!! SO I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO THERE AFTER WORK TO FILL UP MT TANK AND GET A CAR WASH AND FOR TWO WEEKS NOW I AM TRYING TO REDEEM MY FIVE CAR WASHES INTO ONE FREE ONE DUE TO ME NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???????? THEN THEY ARE RUDE AS WELL AND LOOK AT ME LIKE I AM TRYING TO “CON” THEM WHEN ITS ME GETTING THE CON !! SHE NOW I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN TO SEE THE MANAGER I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REDEEM THIS FOR MY FREE WORKS CAR WASH FOR TWO WEEKS NOW NO ONE CAN DO IT DOESNT ANYONE TRAIN THEM ?? PLUS THEY GET NASTY TO ME THE CUSTOMER LIKE I AM ANNOYING THEM AND YES IF I DONT GET SATISFACTION FROM THE MANAGEMENT I WILL GO TO CORPORATE!!! NOT TO MENTION THE CAR WASH IS CONSTANTLY OUT OF ORDER AND NEVER GETS THE BACKEND OF CAR CLEANED ITS A MESS !!

I went around 4:30am, hoping to get a drink and some gas. When I went in, there was already a line of people and only one worker attending the register (who was a new hire btw) and the computer had froze, and there was nothing they could do. The other worker was supposedly in the bathroom, but when i knocked, there was nobody that answered. I don't understand how a place can leave a new hire to tend to a bunch of people all alone with a computer that hardly even works. I had to leave and go somewhere else, but I feel bad for the poor worker. Rosane was absolutely wonderful, but I feel so sorry she has to work like that

This place does not even deserve one star most of the employees are always rude nasty stores never ever really clean usually always kind of dirty and they never have half the stuff that you . Only go there sometimes out of pure convenience but even though convenience is not good I'll go the extra distance just to get what I want to avoid this place and I hope you do too

The place is normally clean and convenient with a central location. But the manager is brutal, she cannot manage to keep the fountain drink machines running or stocked. This place is brand new and three to four days every two weeks it is out of Coke products or some other drink. Because it's centrally located people are here all the time to get drinks in the morning and afternoon but it is always a crapshoot as to whether he can get what you are looking for, at this place, because it's constantly out of stock. Even though it is convenient, I ignore the place because it ends up taking me longer to go in there just to find out they're out of what I want and am forced to another store. Unless you need gas, avoid this place because you are going to leave disappointed. Added insult to injury, every time they are out of product it takes almost a week to get it back up to speed. Place is brutal. The sad thing is that the other employees are aware of the dysfunction because they just shake their head when asked why they are out again. Whoever runs this place should be fired.

Customer service here is always top notch, expensive gas prices but the customer service is outstanding, and Jonay have such an amazing smile; keep smiling it’s going to warm up customer’s heart. Thank you, definitely will visit more.

Terrible customer service. I went in and they did not know what they were doing. I prepaid for gas and they would not give me change back for what I did not use. When asked they said they had no proof of purchase even though I had a receipt. Everyone there needs an attitude check and or needs to be properly trained.

Stopped at Daily’s for some gas and cold drinks for the kids. On the way out my wife and kids all commented how nice the manager was when they were checking out. Thirty minutes later my daughter discovered she had left her phone by the Slushy machine. I called and the manager assured me he had the phone. He had seen the phone by the Slushy machine just as we pulled out and was waiting for our call. This cheerful manager made our week. It’s acts of kindness and honesty from friendly staff like this that make me go out of my way to shop at Daily’s. Thank you !

One girl behind the counter with 1 inch eyelashes was ignorant told me to take my lotto ticket receipt garbage would not finish up with my tickets, brushed me off by throwing up her hand at me with a vocal gesture,, everyday I spent minimum 40bucs in store and 150 on fuel per week, never again till she's fired
