Terrible customer service from the pharmacist and pharmacy staff. Several hours before closing and refuse to fill a prescription until 24 hours later. People who saw a doctor for an urgent need and need an urgent prescription shouldn’t be waiting 24 hours for a prescription when it’s several hours before closure and takes 10 minutes or less to fill an Rx. Also just rude, “I don’t want to deal with customer, can you deal with them?” Honestly speechless. Ask to transfer a prescription. Response: “We are too busy for that.”

After a big dental cirgery, went to pic my medication, nobody checked the phone or compuyer,the doctor had to call 3x and talk to them and they keep saying nothing was there!I had to wait 40 minutes in pain !!!
Terrible farmacy, they don't care,even the manager who I talk to!
Don't go there!!!

I called last week to ask if they had a medication in stock. They did not. I thought that was the end of it because my CVS by me ordered it to be here on Monday (today). However, this CVS went ahead and transferred my prescription over to their store, without my knowledge or approval. Now, my actual CVS that originally had my prescription didn't order it because of what this CVS did and I have to wait longer to get my medicine that I really need due to their actions. I called my CVS this morning, which is how I found out about what they did, and they transferred it back and ordered it. I would have received my medicine today of it was not for the actions of the CVS on Military. I am not sure why they decided to transfer my prescription without my approval and without even telling me, and then not even order it. What were they going to do? Sit on it so that I simply just can't get my medicine? 1 star for what they did. It's horrible and unprofessional. On top of that, the man I spoke to about it did the opposite of apologize. He yelled at me instead and tried to talk over me when I was asking if they had ordered it for me. I would have just driven the hour to go get it but through the yelling, I managed to figure out that they did not bother to order it. They just transferred it....

I visited cvs on my break to purchase a few items. Both cashiers had a complete lack of recognition that a customer was waiting. One cashier stayed engaged in a personal conversation with another employee and customer while I waited in line. I then decided just use the self checkout and hoped that it worked properly. Well it didn’t print a receipt so now I had to wait back in line. I stood there and said excuse me to the employee that came from the back and he proceeded to walk by as if I wasn’t standing there again. After saying excuse me 3 times , he then decided to assist me. All I needed was a printed receipt. By this time the other employee decided to intervene and now say “Oh I Can Print That” to the other employee all while I’m still standing there with no acknowledgment whatsoever. I rarely visit the CVS, but I do stop in when I need a quick few items. Each time I visit there is always an issue with the cashier not wanting to help the customers instead they want you to go and use the self check out. A lot of times to self check out is not working at 100% capacity. Which means now we are back to dealing with the cashier which initially should’ve been done in the first place.

Terrible CVS. Manager is the biggest jerk. Kodak photo stations don’t work And they have no signs telling you they are out of service. When you ask the manager for help, he’ll give you nothing but attitude and sassy remarks. Never use this CVS.
