Don’t go there!!!!! Is the worse liquor store I have visited in my life!
The old man clerks are hateful and racist, and other than that the place is empty of supplies, they have nothing. I've been there 3 times and it's always the same, empty of supplies and the same old hateful man. Plus everything is expensive. extra expensive. 0 stars ??

My wife and I stopped in after shopping at sprouts to pick up some vodka to add to some drinks Karen had been thinking of making. Place was bright and open and it was easy to navigate our way to where we needed. We ended up getting the larger size of Tito's since our cashier had told us it was a better deal. We noticed that they were selling some liqueurs that we can find cheaper at other places. They even have chocolates and cheeses in cases here as well. There are of course your drink additions; olives, salt rims, and mixers, and beer/party snacks as well; nuts, chips, dips.

I needed some Tito's to make my Peppermint and Chocolate Hot Cocoa. Thanks to the wonderful lady who works here for telling Max, my husband, that if we buy the larger size, we would get double the amount for $2 more. That's a no brainer. It looks more like a boutique shop to me with the chocolate and cheese display. I'm a bourbon girl and they had several varieties that I haven't seen before. I'm hoping Max comes back to buy me the Basil Hayden Toasted. He could have them wrap it up on the premises and when Santa puts it's under the tree, I'd know I was a very good girl.

Crown Wine & Sporits was once one of the best liquor stores in South Florida. Ever since new ownership took over. The place has gone down hill. No service. The clerks just stand behind the counter. Old Crown all clerks would come out and greet you. The gourmet food selections is anything but gourmet. I would never buy and food from them. Especially the cheese from the deli case. No ambiance in this location at all. Not sure why I keep stopping in.

What a nice shopping experience. The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable but didn't push products. Store must be new, it's beautiful. Highly recommend.

I was wrongly charged for a bottle of cognac by the cashier. Unfortunately I paid cash. I HAD to ask for receipt. I pointed on the mistake and another associate said “yes, you are right, it was wrong but we do not give cash refunds” . First of all, it’s not a refund but a mistake correction. You stuff should apologize and make it right instantly. Instead I get a manager card and was advised to come on Tuesday. The mistake is not that big (about $3+ tax on it) and this is more about the way your store is addressing such issue. I’m very disappointed, I was your customer for more that 10 years. But I afraid it was my last visit.
